We have the benefit of hindsight genius. It's pretty clear that Peyton didn't restructure. He got released. And, there are at least 5 teams interested in him. DUH
Typical Hogster BS. Show me one post where I (or anyone else for that matter) ever said any of that would not happen (if you look back you'll see I actually said those events would come to pass ). I'm not sure what you're trying to prove with this post, other than in your mind "It's another win!"

Maybe if you weren't so attention-starved, you'd realize, I was talking to 1niksder--not you.

This thread was a spinoff from a debate between 1niksder and I. This thread continues as a back and forth between 1niksder and I. You had to streak through it for some reason, now you're acting like it's about you because you got quoted. Dude sit down.

Um...I said I didn't think even Cerrato was that dumb. That's not an argument at all. That's what's so funny about this. All you did is show Cerrato is that dumb, and I was wrong that yes, he is that dumb. OK, he's that dumb. And you take more joy in that then actual intellectual arguments you have with others. You can't come up with a point I made and actually argued, just that I didn't think Cerrato was as big a moron as he is.
You were right on that one statement, I was wrong, Nik proved you right and me wrong. And yet the earth is still spinning on it's axis...

And with that statement, Hell hath frozeneth over.
I can at best provide a momentary cool breeze to hell by admitting I'm wrong. There is one poster who could send it into a deep freeze...
... and we all know this one: Don't hold your breath.
Remember ... he doesn't care.
DarthMonk
No he doesn't. And we know that because he tells us he doesn't care. He tells us over and over and over and...
And claims to win every discussion he's every been in ( although anyone can look at past debates and see he doesn't). Says I don't know anything at all yet the only statement he's made correctly, he uses my post as proof that he was right... He doesn't care but votes for himself in a meaningless then complains why he's trailing in the poll. Nope he don't care or he wouldn't try to convince everyone that he's right about this although Peyton Manning still hasn't signed a contract.
The top free agents get the money as soon as the market opens and PM is using his leverage to let guys like Flynn, Campbell, Orton and Grossman gear of for the start of free agency.
TIME WILL TELL because the PROOF IS in THE POST
5÷ threads over 3 forums because he had the opinon the Payton shouldn't talk to Irsay and others didn't agree.
This thread was started because someone want to talk about how leverage work and who has it when, without all the BS cluttering the discussion. But someone didn't care so much they had to speak out and lower the discussion to a level he understands (no discussion what so ever). Zhe does care one bit... how exposed he has become.
He is what he is... Wrong as always, no longer worth the time of day and only good for the off-season boredom

Your opinion isn't worth the bandwidth it's wasting. Tom Condon & Andrew Brandt agree with me. They aren't biased. They get paid to do what you pretend to. I'll roll with my argument. And, you'll look even worse when you see Peyton's new deal.
The Hogster wrote:Tom Condon & Andrew Brandt agree with me.
Um, no, they don't. And I've showed you several times why they don't. But you can go ahead and chalk that up as another W.
Show me genius.
Show me where Brandt said that Peyton didn't have leverage 2 weeks ago. Show me where he suggested that Peyton should have restructured. Show me where Tom Condon suggested a restructure was wise. Show me.
This is a shining example of why the education system has failed us. You two could have benefited from a better one. In this election year, support the guy who will invest more in our school systems. The failure of them has now trickled down into the Message Board world, making life miserable for the rest of us. Fortunately, I have patience and live football, so when you bring me your little paper, I will put abig F on it, but I'll also explain why it's totally effed up. You're welcome.

I showed you about 3 posts ago. Back when you accused me of not understanding tense, and in that Hogster style we've all come to expect, displayed your own ignorance of it.
The Hogster wrote:Show me where he suggested that Peyton should have restructured. Show me where Tom Condon suggested a restructure was wise. Show me.
I can't, simply because I've never made either of those contentions.
Lastly, you don't have to keep calling me a genius, just genuflecting on your way out the door, is enough acknowledgement of my metal superiority for me. Spank you very much.
Andre Carter wrote:Damn man, you know your football.
Go to Fail. Go directly to Fail. Do not post further. Do not collect $200. Please re-read the lesson in tense in relation to Andrew Brandt's article. Put as simply as possible, he said that Peyton had leverage while Irsay (the Colts) did not. For you to continue ignoring plain English demonstrates an incapacity to grasp fundamental information, or a steadfast refusal to do so. Either way, we are moving you to a smaller class where that inability or unwillingness to learn can be nurtured. Please let us know if you need transportation to and from your new class. This is a private bus especially for you if needed.

Yes Hogster, everyone's on your side, everyone agrees with you. You mentioned that before. Repeatedly...
It's not about taking sides, reaching agreement, or popularity. It's about right and wrong. And, in this case, it's pretty clear that I was and am right, and you goofs were and are wrong---again.
We will see the magnitude of your wrongness when we see the details of Manning's new contract. According to the peanut gallery, he should have "restructured" to stay in that scrap heap known as Indy because his Free Agent market would be the equivalent of shopping at "The Dollar Store." This site is about football, and debate. Not about who likes who. That's what real life is for--you should get one and check it out.

No wonder you win so many arguments. You declared a "W" over me when I hadn't taken a side in this...
Even further, I thought he should leave Indy, I agreed with you on that. I didn't see the point in trying to renegotiate. You advocate not caring about what people think, then you obsess on what people think. I live it and don't feel the need to say it. I don't care "who" I agree with. I think what I think. That...my friend is reality. When you have a true conviction, you won't need to wear it on your sleeve.

It gets hard to keep track whether you actually have an opinion in these threads, or if you're just jumping in to antagonize just for the Hell of it.

Kind of ODD that you thought Peyton should have restructured to stay in Indy. Kind of ODD you thought the Colts had all of the leverage. Kind of ODD that you thought Peyton would be shopping at "The Dollar Store" in Free Agency. Kind of ODD that the resident GM guy is so blatantly wrong here but won't admit it. Kind of ODD you're trying to change the topic now.
