Get as high a First Rounder as possible to draft a Franchise QB. Use the second rounder on a DL. Trade the late rounders for a high fourth rounder and take OL. Fill the rest of the holes with the 2012-13 draft and free agency after the lockout.
How about getting rid of Shanaham, going back to the 4-3 and drafting for the OL to help McNabb and Grossman. Easy changes and few, instead of many and difficult.
^^ we're not doing that - this FO is here & will get another year
hopefully they do a better job & get to continue on for the next few years
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

NOT INTERESTED. Regardless of my middling support for Shanny, I have NEVER been a fan of the 4-3 defense. It's too passive. I prefer the aggressive, attacking style of a proper 3-4 defense. Yes it's tougher to find players for the 3-4 because they're actually required to do something other than show up and collect a paycheck.
I didn't want McEagle to begin with. We need OL help, but it's worthless without someone back there who's worth protecting.
I remember reading an article a couple of years back that discussed the issue of fans wanting their teaam to lose so they get a better draft pick. It also is becoming a common theme for us each year to discuss this as yet another season ends in disappointment.
My initial reaction when they dumped DM was that they were preparing the way to release him. That only makes sense if they are going to draft a qb, from what I've seen there are 3, maybe 4 qbs this year that could start in the nfl so its likely we can get one without giving away draft picks.
When you need as much help as we do .. qb, wr, ol etc then is winning a few games at the end of the season that results in a midrange draft. actually worth it? I dont buy tickets so its easier for me. I'd be pretty annoyed though if I paid to see the skins and they didnt try to win.
Hope we dont trade for young, we just had one guy with an attitude from them, dont want another one.

So which do you miss more, last year when we were 4-12 or the other then twice non-Gibbs years we made the playoffs since the 70s? Can't wait to get back to that baby. I see why you want to say with what we had and not invest in anything new...
