Urlacher did too.

But London Fletcher showed them both how to blow up Jacobs. :)

That's right, I remember Fletcher on that play. Man, if we could just field 11 London Fletchers on gameday!

Laron Landry is possibly the most overrated player to ever wear a Redskins uniform.

Hopefully this year he'll understand that the size of your biceps doesn't matter if you don't wrap up.

And I'm sure that in his illustrious career, Fletcher's never been trucked. NOT ONCE. And who cares of Urlacher got trucked. What position does he play for the B&G?

If you don't like Landry, that's fine. But damn, this is allegedly a skins forum. We have a new regime, and for the most part, no blatantly blunderous mistakes. Do we have to keep harping on the negative this year?

no worries Vet - a lot of fans here are really very biased towards ANY & ALL players that didn't go to the "right" school - it matters not to them if they are a part of the redskins or any franchise

they also show, to me anyway, how much they really know about the game - this is not fantasy football, this is a 'team' game and many players here have not been used or put in the best situations because of how this franchise has been run

I think Landry shows this season why he is so highly regarded by both players and coaches - I could care less about what a lot of biased fans think

Landry doesn't look like he can fold his arms...

He already can't wrap up when he tackles, it looks impossible now!

Don't worry about that CLL, with those cannons he will cripple people before he has to wrap them up..

If he is so highly regarded why have the Skins been trying to trade him?

Did Mike Shanahan say that he was attempting to trade him? Last I saw, Mike stated that NOBODY was being fished around except Jason.

Mike didn't, but Landry seemed to acknowledge that the team was trying to move him in his recent comments. ESPN 980 has been reporting it as well.

Landry said he heard it on TV. ESPN 980 is reporting from "unnamed sources"... The same sources who said that McRibb wanted TO. In other words, it's bullcrap that can't be used as fact.

Mike has said NOBODY is being traded aside from JC. Point blank.

I have no qualms about whether he stays or goes but if for no other reason than to "show up" a very biased fan, I really hope Landry is here this season because I will take great pleasure in 'rubbing it in' to any and all fans from the U because a player not from the U can really play this game

on a slightly different tack - I'm kind of pleased that Tebow got picked in the first round - even though I think it was a mistake - it certainly pissed off a lot of U fans, and that's always fun

Not too many safeties are covering Randy Moss...and put him back at where he excels.

no worries Vet - Landry is still here and we might still see him utilized better this year

There are a number of players that still might be traded but I like that we didn't let players go for less than they are worth to stay here and help - they might still be traded but it will be only if it help us not to just move a player - the FO did well in my opinion

Agreed, and there were far too many of our guys who did stuff like that. It was embarrassing. Moss is the same way with his spinning the ball thing after every single first down. Hey Santana, look at the scoreboard. You're getting your butts kicked again. Great, you made a first down. Toss the ball to the ref and get back in the huddle.
