Man, They had a bad stretch, but seriously, Sultan looked beyond awesome on that run. Even though he fumbled I don't see how we can put him on the practice squad. Someone will pick him up when we waive him.

4th and 6 on the 47: Redmon throws it away, incomplete. The Dline had good pressure on that play.
Lavar is officially the Purple heart player of the game, whatever that means...

24 to 3, final score.
We looked awesome. Lavar, Bruce Smith and Lewis are at mid field talkin it up.
We really looked good, with few penalties AND a running game. Ramsey looked awesome, our receivers looked great.
The one worry I have is it looked like they really game planned for this. I hope this isn't a false preseason game like last year. If nothing else we looked crisp.

Wow,

! Great comment Roanoke! Glad I could be of assistance to those of you out of the area. I will feel that way next preseason game - I'm going to be in the great smoky mountains...hopefully I can find an AM station but I'm not betting on it.
Maybe someone else will pick up the mantle next preseason game...

Wish I could help you on that one but I have my computer upstairs and my tv downstairs, and way too much equipment to move or I would definitely do it in a heartbeat to return the favor.

Just a quick note, the "While You Were Out" with LaVar isn't 'til NEXT Friday, the 5th o' September. Can't help but be entertained by that notion of that beast on that show.
GREAT job with the play-by-play, SFNo9!
