Talk about the Washington Football Team here. Do you bleed burgundy and gold?

I have to read body language fairly well to be effective in my job... and mooch's body language was saying "Shut-up, Brett! You're putting me in a situation I can't be in right now."

I agree... I think Mariucci is it.

Forget Chad, though, dude. We cannot afford his contract. He won't be coming here.

which #85?

If he want us to bring ocho cinco here, he is sadly mistaken!

I hear that Johnson has been actively asking coaches of other teams to help him leave the Bengals before games that he has played - what a load of crap that is and who would want a guy like that on your team :puke:

Can you imagine a guy like that going to a team like the Patriots (who I hate) where the team controls the actions of the players and if you don't fit in, they get the coach and GM to get rid of them - I hope 85 is out of the NFL - to play in the NFL is a privilege, it is not a right.

We may need a big WR but we don't need #85

IF we can get SM, he will not be looking to bring in a cancer like that.
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

See, there I go getting convinced that Mooch is just a rumor and then they go reporting an interview. Now I don't know what to think! I can't wait until the superbowl is over just so that I can finally know who we are hiring.

When I watched Mooch's body language on the NFLN I thought that he was playing coy...a bit too well. My first thought was that he was simply letting the supposed interest from the Skins raise the asking price for other teams around the league. It wouldn't be the first time that has happened. Then I realized that there aren't any other teams out there with openings. So, if he really wants to coach then we are his last chance in 2008.

Ahhh if im not mistaken I believe I guy like that did go to NE his name was Randy Moss who had way more turmoil in Oakland than Chad in Cinci...Im not saying I necessarily want Chad but I definitely wouldnt be mad about the pickup as long as we dont trade all of our draft pix for the next 3 years...hes good friend with Santana and CP and I think he would be fine here and just help JC...now with what we would have to pay him and how much we would have to give up not sure if that is worth it but Id take him...and I agree it is a privilege not a right but he earned that privilege by workin hard...he wasnt #$%$ comin out of OSU...now an annual pro-bowler

With all of this uncertainty, speculation and intrigue...I'm starting to get that feeling you get right before christmas and you keep staring at the present wondering what's in it! I just want to know who our next coach is going to be and move on and start preparing for 2008. I hope it's Mooch.

As for 85...remember, this cat was a SECOND ROUND draft pick.

You CAN find quality receivers in the draft. The Skins might be in position to pick one up in the first round.

May I suggest Limas Sweed?
6-5, 220 - 23 years old TEXAS.
He could be available when the Skins pick.

Don't look now, but Mooch could land a job with the Skins.....

I was not a big supporter of his in the past. But I feel he is the best option out there, for the Coordinators Vinney brougth on board.

Please no more first round WRs.

When I first looked at that picture I thought "I din't know Reche Caldwell played at Texas" (look at the eyes!)
"Dovie'andi se tovya sagain"
(It is time to roll the dice) Tai'shar Manetheren

He does kind of look like wide-eyed Reche doesn't he?

As for first round receivers...I kind of see your point 33. Didn't quite think that whole thing through.
