Florida has a mandatory 10-20-LIFE law. Possession of a weapon during a crime is a minimum 10 year sentence, firing the weapon is a minimum 20 year sentence, shooting a victim, murder or not, is a mandatory life sentence.
Conspiracy to commit a crime carries the same sentence as the commission of the crime.
Armed Burglary carries a maximum life sentence. Aggravated armed burglary carries a minimum life sentence.
