Ade was a good kid. Just wasn't good enough. Hopefully he can get a job somewhere else

Anyone who knows the non-football story of Ade knows that he made the most of his opportunity for as long as he could. He really was a good guy who just didn't have quite what it took to stay around.

I was quite surprised that the NFL network is replaying games instead of telling people what they know about cuts. I'm interested in all the cuts, not just ours. Keenen McCardell was cut yesterday by the way.

it's 6:12pm....whether it was supposed to be 4 or 6, the skins are late.

I have a strange feeling we're going to see a player who is considered to be a core Redskin get cut. I'm not saying it will happen for sure, but I just have this feeling.

The Washington Redskins announce today they have released 23 players to reach the NFL mandated 53-player active roster limit. With the players released today the roster currently stands at 52 players.

I really liked Hoag, he made a lot of good plays this preseason. The catch against the Jags for a TD was very nice, but I guess we'll go with 4 WRs. I also was pulling for Westbrook. I guess the rumors abour Brunell leaving were false, since we released Palmer...campbell, collins, and brunell are our QBs.

I'm glad NOT to see Marcus Mason's name on there. Other then Wynn, Trucks is my only disappointment. I hope he clears waivers and can be a part of the PS.

Wow, released Buzbee AND Hickman.

I guess Mason made the team. That's my man!

Intersting! So they only kept 4 WR's and kept V. Fox & Doughty over Stoutmire.

Eubanks injury didn't help him as they evidently kept Leigh Torrance.

Lorenzo Alexander get's in too, but Buzz is gone. Wonder who they will offer the Practice Squad to?

I think we are looking for a WR off of waivers....

STOP BRINGING UP Keenan....we don't want him...We messed up letting him go the first time...hes WAY TOO OLD NOW

So with only 52 will they look to add a 5th WR or another DL?
