Heck, I bet most players are 'unhappy' with their deals and would like to earn more - the question is what he'll do about his displeasure.
I'm not all that worried about it. First of all, we've heard nothing from Sean or Drew on the subject. Second, Drew and Snyder are good friends and Drew has always had a good relationship with the Skins. Third, even if Sean was miffed, he is still under contract and will still have to show up and play. Otherwise, he will risk losing a lot of money and I'm not sure Drew would advise him to do that. Sean's not a free agent yet, so a holdout is unlikely, IMO.
Didn't we here the coaches speak highly of Sean and his work ethic not long ago? Something about him being the first in the gym and working extremely hard? I really think Sean will be fine and the Skins will eventually take care of him.

ESPN gets most of it "NEWS" from Message Boards
Everybody is reporting he is upset about his contract, or will be upset after Landry signs. Taylor is in year three of a 7 year deal. Year 7 is voidable meaning he's under contract until 2010. He's not at OTAs but they're not mandatory.
Based on a few facts like:
ey will have a new contract before Taylor will be a issue, most reports that say Sean is upset point out he is only signed through 2008 (that's bad math). So much for those reports. Taylor hasn't said anything to anybody or that would be leading these reports. Drew would have been all over the boob-tube prior to the print press even getting a sniff of this, if it held any water.

1. Will Landry's check make Taylor bitter?
2. How much harder will it make it to resign Taylor?
3. Will Landry be on time for camp and who the heck is his agent?
I will say that I think Taylor is one of the better players at keeping what's going on outside of the game on the sidelines. His play doesn't seem to be effected once his helmet is on.
I do think it's going to be hard to resign Taylor.
If our team drops the ball on Seans deal. I just dont know what to say anymore. I hope they will be able to work it out.
I worry that Sean's deal is gonna become another long drawn out process.. I just hope this time we get it done and dont low ball the kid and have him like so many of other important pieces that we let leave..I'd be fine with us overpaying just to keep him and that might be poor business and some people might say will hurt the team in the future.. but he is the future for this D.. we need to keep him and Landry together for a long time(if Landry turns out to be what he should)
