New England opted for a blackout because they didn't sell enough stadium tickets. Bad move by management...if PR means anything.

I don't think they do blackouts in the preseason, at least for the local areas. Teams negotiate TV deals with local affiliates, who have no incentive to black out the game. Just the opposite, actually. We are all hearing it now. The problem seems to have been with XXX.

I think the fan aggrevation is starting to build up. I think more than anything, we would like to see some positives. I haven't seen anything yet. Except that nice pass Lloyd cought in the 2nd game. Or maybee it was the first.

And we're not?!?

No, but just because Brady can move them down field, doesn't necessarily mean that our D sucks.

Brady's one guy. Branch still hasn't even reported to camp, and NE is marching all over the field.

And Hall hooks a FG try. Much wide left.

I really hope this is one of those bad ruts that teams get into...getting it over with now....I have been watching football for a long time and know what pre-season is for and in any way I cannot see what I am watching as positive....

Our pass rush is not in NE.

Carlos got screwed.

Sean got turned around.

You think other teams are noticing a basic inability to cover tight ends down the hash marks?

They are throwing to the guy who Arch is covering. Thats bad.

He was never known as a cover guy. He's a blitzing safety and decent guy against the run.

And where does that leave Sean Taylor????

And as I type, TD pass to -- guess who -- Watson, wide freakin' open.

This is really bad. At least we have balance, both the offense and defense look bad.

Another TD for NE. But that was the plan - we're just sandbagging everyone for preseason!!! It's all good!!
