how good does it feel to have true confidence in our team again? I mean, we are very solid now. If we had a pass rush, we'd definitely go to the superbowl IMO.

Something tells me FOX is gonna switch this game off to a more competitive one.
It's been done. I'm prepared to be disappointed.

I think Ramsey should get in the game at some point. Once the game is out of reach, getting him some snaps can only help the team in the long run (eliminates the chance of an injury to Brunell, might help Ramsey's comfort level should he have to play in the future).

I totally agree. I mainly don't wanna risk brunell any more than we have to lol

At the Half 35-7 nice half of football. Do we pull the starters for the 2nd half and rest them for the Giants? Anyway time for Fish and Chips as it's Half time.

great 1st half all around. Lavar is playing pretty well as far as I can tell. CP with 2 scores and 63 yards. Brunell 3 TDs looking great as usual. Defense is playing great aside from 1 TD run. Couldn't have went much better =)

I look for Ramsey about 1/2 way thru the 3rd. Hopefully he can be productive as well.

You have to like our chances of being "in" every game we play. Everybody knows their job, and they do it well.
To go from 6-10 to having both sides of the ball in the top ten of their respective categories is, well...almost too much to wish for.
I can't believe it, but it comes as no surprise. I always thought the Joes would know.

First half observations

:-"

Seriously... over 300 yards of offense in the first half? Yes, it's the 49ers but it's nice to see the offense clicking against ANY defense, and it might even be more important that CP posted his first two rushing touchdowns of the year.

SuperMoss watch:
4 catches, 97 yards, 1 TD... for a gawdy 24.25 YPC.

Hope for a strong, injury-free, ball control third quarter, and then it would be a good time to get the bench some playing time.

HTTR

Mmmmmm.... malt vinegar on fries...

I also think Portis scoring two TDs might be the most important part of this game. Aside from the win that is...

Lavar getting in there is pretty big too..

"Fries"??

Shame on you Boss. Do I remember you saying you were from Sheffield? They're chips, man! If you're starting to call them fries, then it may be time for you to come on home. Or are you just talking the official language of the people round here?

Darn it, now I've got a thirst on. Got to go to the fridge for a cold one. Time to start raising a glass to the offence!

Don't look now, but we're 3 and out. I hope the half time adjustment wasn't along the lines of, "Let 'em back in".
