Well, if you want to get technical, since they haven't played a division game...

Imagine if the refs did not see that hold.........we lose...!!!

I saw the catch and my heart just sank. Then I heard Collinsworth say that there was a flag..... BOOYAHHHHH

yea, i saw the hold but wasn't sure it would get called, I remember that year Carter had about 80 holding calls missed, so I never trust the officials.

That game should have ended on a Carlos Rogers pick, but the man's hands are just awful.

Is there any doubt that if Stickum were still legal, Carlos Rogers would be an elite CB on his way to Canton?

Well, Barron pretty much put him in a full on sleeper hold, missing that hold would have validated all the criticism eh? It feels good to actually see the Redskins get the benefit of some calls for once.

Wow, I jumped up from the couch cussin' and stopped just as I was about to start throwing things to see the penalty! It doesn't get any closer than that. It's a win and I'll take it!

Bottom line is Rak was a beast. Either Barron holds or Rack is on Romo. Defense is gonna have to keep it up until the offense gels. Mcnabb managed well and was off on a couple throws. Also I think the WR really needs to step it up. I think Thomas should be in there and Davis should be in there. Cooley was solid as always. Offensive line looks really good. Either way HEAAAAAAA YEaaaaaahHHHHH!

Unbelievable finish to a very close game! We were very fortunate to pull that one out. The Skin's D is stout, but the offense still has a lot of improving to do. I think McDrabb is a step up from Campbell, but our running game is pathetic, and the receivers are still dropping way too many passes. And coming away with zero points after having 1st and goal at the 5 is completely inexcusable! On the bright side, we're already a game better in the division than we were all last season....

McNabb was 15-32, with multiple dropped balls. Both of those fades to Armstrong SHOULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT. McNabb made multiple plays with his legs to keep drives alive. If the receivers can catch up to him, we'll be all set. What a difference from last year.

Our run game won't improve, however, until our interior line can make some holes.

Sellers can't catch, and after a couple of plays that I saw tonight, is no longer effective as a lead blocker... that needs to change. The play where Ware got hurt, Sellers appeared to miss his assignment, and was standing in the backfield when Johnson collided with Ware... What was that about? Why wasn't Sellers in that hole, taking on Ware?

Listen - our guys played against a very tough team. The problem is our guys honestly tried too hard to make a play instead of just making the play like a catch. Armstrong should have caught that but keep in mind, this was his first start and a big situation to be in. Let him shake out those nerves a bit. Seller's hasn't been looked at with a pass since Joe Gibbs was the coach. I think he's also still working out the blocking scheme w/ the new system.
