i think i have to agree with you sir monk, schottenheimer deserved another season IMO, especially after 8-3. I also think taht he was able to get the most out of LaVar that any coach in the NFL during his career, which is an accomplishment in its own right considering the man.
Sean, may you always rest in peace and look down on us with the same love that we look up to you.

I think the only thing Gibbs changes at halftime is his underwear. Nothing else looks any different.

Hey, Joe, you're looking like Steve Spurrier.

edited you. gibbs isnt the problem, Brunell is.

Have we hit bottom yet?

Can someone, anyone put forth any sane reason whatsoever that Mark Brunell is still QB'ing this team?

I think Gibbs has lost his marbles. Maybe he'll say in the post-game 'we're only 6 weeks from a record' and set everyone to scratiching their heads again.

brunell, you've had a good career, but you have to know when to hang em up. tutor the kid, let him learn from your play circa the 90's. that's all i ask. that and a super miraculous comeback today.

Also, considering the personel Marty worked with that season he did a great job. Taking nothing away from Joe Gibbs, but Marty went into Philly and Denver late in the season and got w's.
