Blame this one on the conservative nature of whoever is calling the plays...Well, Giants have to lose later on

I thought a Gibbs trait was acquiring players that thrived under pressure, not blow 4th quarter leads. I feel like the Waterboy, we sucks again.

What exactly is Jason Campbell going to change? Unless he can punt there's no reason for him to be on the field. The end.

Edit: Brunell was 17-27 for 194, 1 TD, 0 INT

I've always been a Gibbs supporter but I now believe that he's lost it...he gets so conservative late in the game with a lead...you just can't do that. His play calling is horrible...

You want him to play centre instead of Rabach? It wasn't Brunell who lost this game.

Well folks, this just gets wuss, and wuss, and wuss. A winning record is about all we can hope for. We squandered a 10 point lead, a loss by the Cowpukes, and a likely loss by the Jints. They just can't seem to grasp what they have had right in their hands.

The defense gave up the big play.
The Play calling was TOO conservative

Anyway, I've got to go and get ready for work in the morning. Look forward to joining you all tomorrow for the post mortem.

I love a Monday morning after a Redskins loss. Makes me feel great.

We asked too much of the defense. Joe Gibbs has to realize that this is not the 80's you can't run the clock out with 10 minutes left in the ball game. Defenses are too good, and we are not a great rushing team.

This one is all on him...I am an AVID Gibbs supporter...check my history...but this one goes squarely on his shoulders

rabach's hold was unforgivable. we didn't need any more yards, just to wear the clock down. amazing to find a way to give the win away like that.

3 straight 4th quarter losses... i cant believe this man same things as last year, all on the offense's management of the game and im sorry to say joe gibbs needs to start seeing what a comfortable lead is, 7 points with 8 minutes left in the 4th quarter is not a lead, 7 points with 8 minutes left in the 4th quarter can still turn in to a complete blowout, 8 minutes can be as many points as an offense wants and this is just ridiculous i cant take this anymore.

..but ill still watch every week and hope for the best, might cringe alot but nothin more i can do.

we don't get breaks, we don't intercept when we have them in hand, we commit penalities when we shouldn't, we have a lousy punter, we have no returners, we have a kicker who can't get the kickoffs to the endzone and we have a coach who thinks Portis is a big back who can move the pile.

Gibbs -- Portis is not Riggins, Rodgers, etc..he's a scat back. You have too many 3 and outs and your lousy punter loses 10 yards of field position each time. Our defense is on the field too much.

Oh I forgot -- Brunnel hits guys for 3 yards on 3 and 5, and thows a bomb on 3rd and 2...un-freaking-believable!

First thing is now just save face. I cannot belive how they lost this game. Three games just can't get it done in the 4th. Got to give credit to SD for not giving up. Tough game again, we come up short again. Big play burns the D again, offense kills it's self again, Gibbs gets way fron the run in the 4th again. Something new though, without Sellers & Thrash ST coverage is bad.

i know. i feel like i'm going to throw up. when we were winning, i told my fiance we'd find a way to blow it. it's just incredible how stupid we can be in the last few minutes of a game.
