hah. I like your optimism, brother! And I can't stand the Seahawks. Just one of those teams I've always hated. It would be like Christmas in October to beat them on a Monday night.

it would be great to beat them and somewhat make up for the stinker last Thursday - win or lose we have an awful lot of issues
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

If our FO is smart and makes sound decisions, we could be a playoff team. All we need are quality upgrades at OG, RT, SS, and DE. I may include FS on this list, but we have 5 positions to fill. To a quality FO, this isn't a huge deal, but to an inept FO, this seems like a 2-3 year gig.

I know that you don't care about being correct in your posts ... if it's not too much trouble, would you mind explaining the difference between being CURRENTLY ranked in the top 10 "Total Defense" as of this week's rankings "as opposed to a bottom 5 as we are now" ... thanks

Holy crap ---- that is what you took away from my long post.....

Then you say I don't care about being correct --- which is irrelvant because caring doesn't matter; what matters is that I consistently am right. What is the most ROTFALMAO thing about all this is that you follow it up ................... WITH A WRONG FACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU @#*$&*&# SERIOUS????

WE ARE NOT "CURRENTLY" IN THE TOP TEN IN TOTAL DEFENSE: http://espn.go.com/nfl/statistics/team/ ... on/defense

And had you read prior posts, that stat ("total defense"), by itself, is not enough to determine whether a defense is a top ten OVERALL D. And you have to be blind or have 0 understanding of the game to think our D is a "top 10 defense" -- literally. Are you actually saying via inference that you truly believe we are a top 5 DEF?

My bottom 5 is in reference to this: http://espn.go.com/nfl/statistics/team/ ... on/defense ---- and I would consider defensive points against to be a better metric than yards.

Honestly, why do you do this to yourself? My posts contain facts, stats, and support; you meanwhile give one liners that are almost always general opinions that end up being wrong. You literally don't support anything you say. Please -- don't bring a knife to a gun fight.

ROTFALMAO

Get real.
RIP Sean Taylor. You will be missed.

 thanks for the opportunity

check this out ... you'll need more than 1 hand but not 2 .... http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/stats/team ... pe-defense

I don't consider our defense as anything ... the CBS stats 'indicate' that the DC defense is in the top 10 and certainly not where you think they are

no apology necessary - this will suffice :moon:

ROTFALMAO

You don't consider our DEF as anything???? Sounds like words someone uses so that they don't lose an argument and look foolish.... After all, our DEF is something; perhaps you are too blind to understand where it stands in relation to the rest of the NFL. This is a forum to express opinions on the skins --- instead you cowardly hide behind statements like "CBS stats indicate" simiarly to a child hiding behind his father's leg before entering a haunted house on halloween. Stats are great, but they should be used to SUPPORT a conclusion NOT to be one. I know what the CBS stats indicate and I know my ESPN stats indicate. I want you to man up and tell me WHAT YOU THINK this means. Do you believe we are a top 10 DEF? Be a man and voice an opinion......

Funny about the apology.... when I'm correct (and you disregarded the further analysis in that the stat is incomplete and DEF points against). If you want apologies for purportedly incorrect statements (which mine wasn't so and it shows how illogical you are in general), you should get going on yours --- since you were wrong about 99% of everything you said about the 2013 season....... and about 90% of this one as well....... I'll take mine first. :D

If by "BS" you mean realistic, then I hear ya.

And thanks for proving my point..... This time you hide behind the "not worth it" type response....... mainly so you don't have to provide an opinion......
