This TEAM, Chris. If you think the defense did well today, I think that's a measure of how low you've set your expectations. The defense still gave up about 450 yards, and 27 points. 385 yards passing for Stafford...and that's considered a good game by our secondary?

Too many penalties. Too many missed blocks. Too many missed tackles. It's just a fundamentally unsound team.

This team needs another month of training camp.

Helu needs a bigger part. He needs the ball 10 to 15X

Hitting alone isn't tackling. Hitting and wrapping up is tackling. I'd say that is learned in Pee Wee, but the fools who coach my kid's team haven't figured that out at all.

Morris needs more carries. I know there are times when the run just couldn't be used, like when the officials kept putting us in long to gain situations, but he needs more than 15 carries in a game.

I get it. Its just that the bias is so lopsided that i feel compelled to stand up for them.

True... as I said, the last Redskins home loss to Detroit was when they were the Braves in Boston.

Every week, I come in expecting a fairly-officiated game. I'm such an idiot.

NOW Hoculli has earned his bonus... though the Paul didn't make it hard (not that I blame Niles... he can't both look at the ball and the yard line at the same time).

Go back to that 9 yard run on the Lions last scoring drive. Had Orakpo made a tackle at the line, that drive would have ended in a FG attempt. Big difference in this game.

I am tired of players with bigger names than games.
