The Redskins are absolutely terrible today. They can't run the ball, can't pass the ball, the only touchdown is called back because of Locklear, Banks has done piddle on returns and when they do get into scoring position, Grossman throws an interception. The only good thing that has happened in this game is Kerrigan.

What? Lol, what game did you watch? He was the only stanford cardinal that showed up last night

Is this to get Luck? After watching him last night against Oregon, I am not so sure that he is the best QB in the draft.

I agree; except Banks did have a nice punt return.

I hope so. I'm hoping if we get destroyed every game and go 3-13 that may be enough to get rid of shanahan.
I can understand that sentiment, but I'm not convinced it'll help. Snyder doesn't know football. He won't hire a good young coach and have the patience for a build. Unless he learns something (doubtful) we might as well stick with Shanny.

I saw a lot of throws behind the receiver - Not saying that he is not worth the number one, but he has yet to show that he can zip the ball into tight spots. Is he really better than RGIII or Barkley for the pro level? I am not convinced.

If we go 3-13 Shanny won't be leaving. There will be a lot of new faces on Offense. We'll have a lot of decent draft picks and the focus will be on QB and the OL.

Really though, did any of the morons clamoring for Wreck's return honestly think he would be better than Beck?
He did better than beck, come on now. I know the offense looked pretty putrid but only one of those picks was on grossman. He played fairly decently. Lack of a running game really did us in I believe. I also think we need to invest in some corners because we seem to be getting burned pretty badly.

Yes I am one of those morons...We did throw past 3 yards today though. Can't say that about Beck. Too bad Beck wasn't starting. He would have scored 50 points today.

With $15 million due to Shanahan whether he coaches or not, no way that Snyder is firing Shanahan even if he doesn't win another game. He would also have to pay the new coach's salary as well.
Shanahan has at least 4 seasons here and those four seasons would mean two more off seasons of drafts and free agents - Now, if he can't bring a championship team by his 4th season, he won't be here for the 5th.

Why does Wrecks get passes (specifically on the running game and lack of an O-Line) that Beck doesn't get? IIRC, there were at least 3 passes that were dropped (that would have kept our drive alive) and there were others that were fumbled. Did Beck get TWO DEFENSIVE TURNOVERS that placed us on the opposing teams 20 yard line last week? And Grossman played "fairly decently"? Really? 11 points is more than 9, and that's with Grossman getting even more and better opportunities than Beck.

Beck and Grossman both suck, neither will help this team more than the other, but Grossman is more fun to watch.
Support the troops, especially our snipers.
