After this game, I don't want to hear anyone saying you can't blame a loss on the defense.

The Redskins, from top to bottom, stunk today. Offense AND defense.

Yeah, nice to to take a jab at the defense. We've struggled offensively for going on two years now...the defense 1 game. That's fair.

No, they were absolutely one of the contributing factors to other losses as well; the Rams game last year was another one that comes to mind (couldn't stop the Rams from driving for the FG at the end of the game, after all). The San Francisco and Bengals games were also ones you can point at (giving up 150+ combined yards to Cedric Benson? Really? Giving up 27 points to the Niners??)

Listen, the team is clearly weaker on offense. BUT, when your supposed strength plays just awful, as they did today (you know that thing called stopping the other team on 3rd down? Yeah, our defense didn't today), you have to call them out for it.

I"m not defending the skins on any front, but for someone to attack the defense on an out of character poor performance day with the consistantly subpar performance from the offense is not fair. We're allfrustrated, but I expect more from someone intelligent such as yourself.

CAN'T BELIEVE THEY DIDN'T EVEN THROW THE BALL INTO THE ENDZONE.

Bye, Bye Coach Z! It is now official. We are the worst. And that big thud causing the tremor in the ground is the sky falling. OMG. What a week this is going to be. Hold on and buckle up.

I'm just tired of people saying that the Redskins's defense can never be blamed for losses. When you invest the money and talent into one side of the ball, you expect it to carry you. This defense clearly did not live up to its billing today. Not even close.
