Yeah, I kinda do. If you would like to get a view from my seats, check this out:
I just thought it was a really classy thing for

ey to do right before half time.
IMO,

ey had an absolutely awesome game against the Steelers. I think the Redskins are gonna really use him very well this upcoming season and - one thing is for sure - Campbell is really developing a good relationship with

ey already.

I am flabbergasted that they would not give a chance to Carson at this point just for a try.
I'm completely baffled by this as well. All I can think of is that Brunell has looked completely confused out there. I'm wondering if Gibbs is just confirming that what was seen in the first game was true... Brunell no longer has it. Perhaps the legacy of concussions past, I don't know, but he sure looked like a lost puppy out there a few times.

First, I assume you two mean
Jordan since
Carson is getting plenty of snaps. Secondly, I had heard (or thought I heard) that Jordan has actually gotten very little in the way of practice, if that is the case, that would go a long way toward explaining the reluctance to use him.

Typographic or name mistakes aside, the main point remains:
Why would any team SIGN a player to whom they REALLY not intend to give a chance AT ALL???
The fact that several of us cannot even get his first name right (in addition to our ignorance) speaks volumes about the lack of visibility and exposure. And to think that we did cut the other guy Bramlet with EVEN less of a chance ...

Isn't it possible that neither of those quarterbacks are NFL ready and, thus, are not playing? I assume you aren't advocating playing a guy just because. Additionally, again, if he hasn't practiced much, it doesn't do anyone any good to trot him out there.

Gotta defend my guy...
In fairness to Brunell and the coaching staff you all are throwing under the bus for playing him against the Steelers, shouldn't we take into consideration the fact that he's coming back from surgery on his throwing shoulder?
I didn't get to see him play against the Steelers (I left the game with the Skins up by 7), but it does sound like he stunk it up.
However, you cannot count the wiley vet out. For all the success Collins had on Saturday night, he took a few beatings and had some awful passes as a results of his deer in the headlights look and holding on to the ball too long.

Ah, but it is possible indeed, which BEGS the question, what has your scout department and personnel manager done for you today? And if they do not play, when will they become "ready". If you do not test them how do you know if they are "ready" or not?
Fios wrote: I assume you aren't advocating playing a guy just because.
BECAUSE it would not make sense otherwise. It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever to bring a body which you do not even intend to give the slightest chance to win a spot. This is not the first time that this happens with the Skins but is no less frustrating as time goes along.

Cut him or play him. If you cut him, give a chance to Bramlet. If you keep him and he stinks, you have a reason. Right now, we need to look at the future in our backup QBs and Brunell is not it.

Yes, we should. He should get a season-long recovery period. Or be traded to Atlante where the weather is more to the liking of somebody at his age and physical condition.

They must be really trying to see what's going to happen at the #2 spot if that's the case imho. How many reps does MB04 and Todd really need? I'm sure they need a fair share but enough where a draft pick can't even make the field during the preseason?
I believe Palmer needs to get some playing time also just to see what he can do. What would it hurt?
