Can we please get Brunell out of there. Why can't he just retire and do us a favor.

As usual, AL Saunders and Joe Gibbs are shaking in their boots to make Brunell do something downfield.

If were that scared to take a chance, THEN BENCH BRUNELL.

Simple as that.

Brunells specialty: the 4 yard pass on 3rd and long. Anything to avoid getting hit himself.

That was NOT Brunnell. He does not call the plays. That was completely the wrong play to call for 3rd and 8. He has no control over that.

Other than 3rd and 8 and we throw it 3

Yea he does. He should try actually looking for his wide receivers instead of locking on just one and then dumping off the ball when he is covered.

I also hate that he can't call audibles. I think thats a dumb move especially since it takes some of his vet knowledge away from him.

That being said, he has full control of who to throw it to during any given play.

Then we must have the dumbest coaches in league history because they constantly call 2 yard pass plays and I mean CONSTANTLY.

If Portis doesn't come back in there is no excuse for not putting Duckett in the game.

Is that how you throw the ball DOWNFIELD?

Kenny Wright and AA give up a long TD. Shock. Suprise.

Chris that theory works except for the fact that it was a running play that was called. The WR's were not in position to catch a ball. You cannot keep turning the bad play calling into Brunnell's fault.

I am not saying he is an excellent QB. I am just saying that the play calling failed on that 3rd and 8 and not so much Mark Brunnell.

This team can't expect the defense to hold this offense. Our offense is going to have to keep up and take advatange of EVERY possession.

Down by 13. against the Colts. You would think we would try to open it up and keep up with them but alas we wont because we have playmakers and no one to utilize them.

archuleta needs to just be cut flat-out. he literally stood there covering no one and nothing on that play. completely worthless.

I could have sworn it was a passing play and Brunell checked down to the dump off player.
