I beg to differ Coles is still hurting from his toe. Hopefully his surgery will go ok, but he is far from 100%
Where have we've seen that toe to be a huge detriment to his ability? I haven't, he's been catching those 10 ft. passes in the air from Brunell.

Gardner has showed up this year, unlike other years, but this to me shows a flash in the pan

Flash in the pan? What the heck does that mean? Do you mean he isn't a guarantee good player? Ok thats understandable but he's playing GREAT now so thats all that matters.

Thrash is washed up no better then a return man, I dont know why you guys keep giving up draft picks for simple return men.

This statement is dumb? A return man and a receiver arent that different. You need to be able to catch, evade, and have speed just to name a few. How is one easier than the other? You guys? Are you an Iggles dan?

Jacobs is unproven yet, and McCants is in Joe Gibbs dog house because he does not practice well, PRACTICE, PRACTICE WE TALKING ABOUT PRACTICE HERE.

Jacobs is unproven? To an extent yes. But his PROOF THUS FAR has been GREAT.

What about practice? You talk about being unproven McCants PROVED last year that he's a great WR so there's your proof. He's not on the field so who knows if he's gotten worse. Until then last years stats are what we go by.

Brunnell is made for Gardner.

Gardner can jump.

If Brunnell is going to continue to pass high, we must bring in another high flying act, McCants!!!!

The number one thing I love about McCants is his beastly size! He is huge and just shoves defeders aside. He was a great goaline reciever because of his strength.

Offensive pass interference is a no-no. LOL. I get what you mean though. :D

Yeah, like the T.O. Imitation of the Ray Lewis dance, the Chad Johnson Pepto Bismol Fed Ex package, and, of course, the funniest joke of all, the alcohol-based shaving cream pie to the face of Sean Taylor by our team prankster, #56. So much comedy, packed in 17 weeks!!!!!

I know you have a smiley face at the end of your post, but still...why do you insist on trying to pick apart everyone's grammar and/or spelling. Could you try to stay on topic just once or should I just start skipping over your wasted space? It does get old you know. Not all of us are as perfect as you, but we're here to talk Redskin football, which is much more interesting than your spell checks.

Do as you wish, young man. You are not obligated to read my posts. I will say, though, your attention to detail is phenomenal!! My post was buried long ago by other people's posts. But, you had to bring it back to surface. Thanks.

Come on guys, if you wish to continue with this, let's start a new thread in smack. I can even pull out the offending posts and start it for ya. Let's save this thread and this forum for Redskins-related stuff.

Sorry, JF, that's not my intent. Sorry for adding more work onto your plate.

Let's continue this thread re: rebuilding through the draft.
