I wish this would be the case Texas Hog, but on a local radio interview with Gibbs he said something along the lines, "I hand picked brunell and he's my guy. I can't change him cause of outside pressure." He just doesn't see the problems or doesn't have faith in patrick. So I'm afraid its not going to change

I don't want this. I want a win this week and next. Please! give us a couple of wins in a row to restore not only our faith in our team and our coach, but also to brighten my darkened outlook. Sunday's just aren't fun right now.

Give Pat another go and see if we can build for the
future right now.

If anything lets give him another chance so we can evaluate him before the draft and free agency. I'd love to have Patrick as our man but if he's not then we need to move on.

BUT!!! I know exactly whats going to happen. Brunell will play this year out because of Gibbs. Gibbs will announce that Patrick will start next year. Next year my entail a losing season because Ramsey will have to learn the offense. AND NO! YOU CANNOT LEARN THE QB POSITION ON THE SIDELINES, PRACTICE, AND MINI-CAMP. We're setting ourselves a full year behind in the QB position by playing this old bum named Brunell.

Most of it is brunells fault. Yes the offensive line has failed to "mesh" yet, which is making are running game not a factor (that and 8 in the box). But watch brunells feet, very, very rarely are they set in the pocket. Hes real jittery for some reason. Brunell WAS a great QB, but some thing happened after his surgery thats messed him up and I dont think he wants to tell anybody about. You also can't fault Gibbs for picking up Brunell, all he saw was old film of him and he looked good back then. No way in any sort of fashion am I defending him, I think Ramsey should be playing. But ya its about 90% brunells.
