After watching them in the preseason, I think the Cowboys are going to be better than I originally believed. It was a good move to get rid of Quincy Carter. Julius Jones is going to be a stud. And if Vinny doesn't implode, they're going to win some games.
My prediction is that the Eagles are finally going to slip this season. And the Giants are rebuilding. The division:
Cowboys/Redskins (toss up)
Eagles
Giants
What the heck do I know though?

Eagles 11-5
Skins 10-6
Cowboys 7-9
Giants 5-11
Cowboys played over their heads last year and will come down to earth this year. If Parcells could turn the Pukes around in 1 year, I don't see why Gibbs can't as well with the Skins. Eagles are still the team to beat.

I've got the Eagles in the playoffs -division champs
Skins and Boys - tied - The boys will have a harder time this season. Lots of flux and Keyshawn is due to disrupt any minute. The Skins D can't do it all. It's yet to be seen if they can hold their own... too early to declare ourselves CHAMPS - but I love the optomism... at least with Gibbs, this team is gonna compete.
G-men - too many injuries, too many me-first attitudes. House cleaning underway

I don't understand all this respect for the birdy's. First they lost their best running back to Pitt, their starting running back this year can't stay healthy for a season and no real back-up to him. Second they lost their best O-guard to KC and replaced him with a fat unproven rookie. Third they replaced one of their best reciever's with a cancer distraction from SF. And last but not least they have a inconsistent QB who under throws receiver's constantly and would rather run with the ball than throw it. 10-6 at best!!!!!

I guess we will see when they end up taking a step backward's, being the choke artists they are. As for thinking how things are, I hit the nail on the head with everything I said. It's not my fault that they will regress this year. Time for the eaglets to go back to mediocrity. BYE BYE birdy!!!!!

Not to mention that they lost both starting CBs and their D-line is all banged up. It remains to be seen if Kearse can last the season.

Respect for the Birds? Why? Because nobody has stepped up to the plate and challenged them in recent years....that's why.
Until someone does, they're the team to beat...plain and simple.
Douglas and Trotter are going to revise their careers in Philly and with the Douglas/Kearse tandem, their D-line is not lookin' too shabby.
Yes, I think we'll be able to play with them better this year...but they ****STILL**** are the team to beat in the NFC East.

As much as I hate to say it, you gotta beat the champ to be the champ. Until someone else (hopefully the Redskins) is listed as the NFC champs, they are the team to beat.
I do however think that could happen sooner than I would have thought last year.

I didn't want to start in on their defense since there is more problems with them than the offense. But...they have WEAK linebackers, their draft picks on the D-line the last couple of years are Busts (except Simon which he won't even be there next year). They have resorted to signing former players they didn't want to keep in the first place HOPING they will make an impact. I hope it doesn't sound like I am bashing the eaglets, but they will not be the good team they were two years ago.

If you had paid any attention to something other than SportsCenter highlights last season you would know exactly how many defensive linement were injured, where the Eagles run defense was ranked before those injuries, and which MLB was named player of the month.
