I voted for Michael Irvin...but I wanted to include Jimmy Johnson also...he's an obnoxious human being.

danny white... he was the leader of those 80's teams that i hate... i loved when he got the concussion... i think darryl grant sat on him...

Well actually if some of your guys would have played with the same fire and intensity , then Ole Emmitt and the Boys would not have had to call your House HIS.

Didn't Dexter give him that concussion ??? I was there at that game...in that endzone.. I thought it was Dexter....but then again...I'm getting older and could be getting that old timer's disease and not remembering too good.

Are you telling me that Emmitt drawing attention to himself after a score(as if any more attention to Emmitt Smith were needed) is a result of some lack of fire on the part on the Redskins ? That makes no sense.

I think what he's trying to say is a player can't celebrate a TD if they don't get to score a TD.

It's real hard to stamp around and yell "this is my house!" if you don't score. Emmitt wanted it more than your defense did that day.

'Course, he wanted it more than a lot of defenses on a lot of days.

Hey I hate most of them also but I do / did like a few.

Staubach was a class act. My father went through flight school with him in Florida - was his room mate for awhile. He was a great QB and a good person. Pop really liked him.

The fullback Johnston was also a great player. Really though alot of him. A Larry Center's kind of player.

Irvin, Jimmy Jones, and the rest I can't stand but what would we do if we didn't play them? What a great rivalry....

Now let's kick the snot out of them twice this year!

My vote is easy: Sanders. How can an arrogant jerk like that switch to a rival team and expect to be respected? I dislike everything that pertains to Dallas, but I respect a lot of their players/coaches. I loved Landry, but hated the team. Does that make any sense? I hated Irvin during his time with Dallas, but respected his abilities ON THE FIELD. Actually, I like listening to his commentary nowdays because he still doesn't care what people think. He usually tells it like he sees it, whether it's right or wrong.

Well since you brought up the STAR INCIDENT, I will put it like this, T.O does not do that every year , twice a year. UMMMM what is it like 12 outta 13 times we have spanked yall. Also T.O. knows better to do it again for fear he might get popped again.

OH and you said it about Emmitt scoring is a result of some lack of fire of the part of the Redskins. Deion Sanders said it best when he said that he has been in both locker rooms, and that whenever they play each other the Cowboys know with out a doubt that they can beat the Redskins anytime.

OK to be more specific - Naval Flight School in Penniscola FL. My father was actually Coast Guard but was in the same flight school class.

Hey Gambit.....he did do it again. He did it the last time you guys played. That was two years ago I think. You had a lead by three touchdowns come the fourth quarter and I can't remember if TO caught all three touchdowns or only two.....but they did come back to win it. TO did catch the last one and once he caught it.....he stood tall, had his arms out to the side, and his head to the heavens. I can't wait to see him do that twice a year to you guys now!!!![/quote]

lol YEAH AND if you remember correctly the last time he did it George Teague tried to plant him in Star. I like to see him try that again with Roy Williams. I guess since you have no great RECENT memories of the skins doing anything great against the Cowboys you HAVE to rely on what other teams can do. Its cool though i understand. Hey Gambit - you really need to consider the saource of some of your info! deion is not a respected source of anything.

IMHO this team will bring back the great games our teams used to play - hopefully with different results. The pukes may still win some but they will know they were in a competitive game.

LOL Skins Jock, you really need to consider that the person making the statement was a pro-bowl athelete with 2 superbowl rings and the majority of you skins fans were happy to have HIM. He did spend considerable amount of time on both teams. He was just speaking of his knowledge from both points of view. DONT HATE THE PLAYER, CHANGE THE RULES OF THE GAME SO YOU CAN WIN.
