Yep. I definitely think we should be crediting Doug Williams and company for the draft and Greg Manusky for getting the most out of these players.

They've got the right attitude, don't they? Not to mention the talent to go with it.
I can't remember the last time we had an interior defensive line that looked this good. I guess you'd have to go back to '91 or so? Certainly it's better than anything I've seen since the turn of the century. For a rookie / one-year vet combo, Allen and Payne look really scary.

maybe we need to wait a little bit before we go too overboard about this defense or how good a job the FO or our coaches are doing ..
the stats are a little mis-leading about this team ... we are not near as good as the record indicates - not even close
we are lucky to be 5-3 ...
