While I personally don't see the wisdom in the actual signing of Barrow, especially for the $$, I do have to hand it to the 'skins on the timing issue.

The paperwork on this at the league office won't be done until mid-next week at the earliest. Therefore, technically, the 'skins are enough under the cap to make their draft picks. If the contract were approved before the draft, someone would have had to been cut pre-draft.

Depending on how things fall in the draft, whom to cut to create space may alter.

As long as we can resign SMOOOOOOOOOT next year, I don't care how many people we sign.
