If somehow Dallas violated/broke cap rules??? then I say they aren't above reproach
and should be fined for it!!! so good on Mara when he caught onto it and reported it as

FACT: There were no cap rules in place at the time Jerruh renegotiated those contracts. Perhaps you slept through that year.
