hahah. I figured it wasn't accidental.

Seriously though if we're only a four win team this season, I would be very disappointed.

I think we're going to see better coaching and better play - I just don't see that we can jump from the mess this franchise was in the last 2 seasons to a 9 or 10 game winner

while we may not win a lot of games I'm looking for these guys to play better together

biggest thing for me would be to have a solid run game and better pass defense

Me too. Real improvement means we're competitive for a .500 season at the least. I could see the argument for moving on from Jay, if that's what McCloughan wants at that point.

Me 3 - I think that we should be able to get at least 6 wins - even if that's all we manage but we're obviously a better unit, I'm OK

If Jay is not able to 'showcase' a group that is obviously improved or he screws up this QB issue like he looks like he will, he's gone IMO

Who decides? The upcoming injury will decide...... (hate to dog him out, but it's bound to happen, AGAIN)

They will play him this preseason until.............he get's injured and out of the lineup (these thoughts aren't cool, but they are sadly true).

Gruden: We're not benching Robert Griffin III
Redskins coach Jay Gruden is adamant he won't be benching Robert Griffin III.
RGIII will start Saturday's game against the Ravens after suffering a concussion last week. Kirk Cousins will be the first man off the bench, suggesting he has a leg up on Colt McCoy for No. 2 duties. Although Griffin has never looked like a fit for Gruden's offense, he's still the only one of Washington's quarterbacks with anything resembling upside. That being said, one of Cousins and McCoy — and quite possibly both — will likely make starts this season.

I agree that Gruden is under pressure to help Griffin become a better QB but, at the same time, he knows his job is on the line if this kid cannot help the offense - now it may very well be that he has been told that he has to play him no matter what but I doubt that he will put up with that scenario after this season or for very long if in fact Griffin does not markedly improve

I'm hoping that Gruden and these guys are seeing something in Griffin that is not evident to all of us

I watched the presser today and he did not seem to be very comfortable
