As I noted in another thread... nothing would guarantee Snyder taking the league to court (the nuclear option) quicker than this. The cost to the league, ultimately, would be devastating. This is a non-starter.

Total non-story. Nothing's gonna happen to the Skins over either of these reports. It's old news, and there was no cover-up.

Yes, the league said they closed the case on the Redskins. That was before this story:

This story is from 2006 I'm sure if the league investigated GW's time in DC they included 2006. That being said if they said the league said they found nothing. How did David Elfin find something.
