The real issue is, does it make any difference? Orakpo is on the blind side, generally, where his quickness can be used to greatest advantage. Both will rack up impressive stats... both will be making major contributions to the performance of the Defense. Both will end up having terrific careers... if they stay healthy. They are our modern day Mann and Manley... except... (I think) they will be better.

Now about Manley and Mann. I always thought Dexter was clearly a half notch better then Mann. Just put it this way. Manley had 97.5 sacks in 10 years. While Mann had 83 in 12 years. No disrespect to Mann who was a great one. Just saying Manley was unstoppable when he wanted to be.

Haslett's scheme is complicated. Last year, there was no point. This year, the critical task was upgrading Orakpo's skills and bringing Kerrigan up to speed. Looking like both are about there. Then, the twists start getting added... maybe this week, to take advantage of the disaster that Philly's O-line has become.
