It was easy to see all of Cooley's catches because it seemed as if they were in slow motion lol

I'm with the postive thinkers - this franchise is showing a lot

we still have a lot to do - while the playoffs may be a stretch this season this franchise is going to show a lot of NFL fans that the Redskins are close to being a real force in the NFL again

I'm not sure that Beck is going to get a shot here, just yet - these guys will stay with Grossman until they think that Beck gives them a better shot
We'd all like to see Beck but I doubt they listen to us much

we're most likely going to go into the bye week at 3-1 - how great is that

The defense will continue to get better and they are already good

we have a lot to look forward to this season
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

Food for thought....
Beck is faster and more athletic... I'd venture to say he gets out of bounds and we still have the ball when grossy failed. I've rooted for every qb we have at starter and will continue I think bad beck is better then bad Rex and would like to see if good beck is better and more often then sexy rexy. Guy has a better arm and more speed he. Also seemed to run the O better then Rex in preseason.

I did miss the TB game however but Rex has given us plenty of crappy days to compare that too. I think Rex is better here now then when he played for da bears but is he better then beck? Only one way to find out

I also know we are not going to be instantly a great team and that we are making progress, but god I wish we had a little killer instinct to rip a teams heart out and not let teams hang around. That was a game we should and could have won. But alas... Bring on the Rams!
You or anyone else think playing against their old team will help us any with Haslet and Atogwe?
Hey whats up LPJ! Man i hope having OJ will help becuase I have a bad feeling that the rams, and bradford specifically, are due for a big breakout game.

I hope the Rams have a healthy RB and that Bradford and the offense are ready to play - This Redskins' D will handle anything they've got

that is not the concern - we just need the Redskins' offense to be a little more effective

The Rams are not winning this game with their offense - this game will be decided by the Redskins defense & special teams
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance

I agree that we don't need to get too down about losing the game
it's just VERY frustrating to look at the whole game and know that we let one get away

we left that game KNOWING, for sure, we could just as easily have won it

sure the stupid pukes made a huge 3rd down but the fact is we could not take advantage of all the miscues by their offense
we have to find a way to stop shooting ourselves in the foot offensively
their D played well, not great but good D - as much as I don't like Ryan he out coached Haslett here
our D did not allow a TD ... but there were a couple of lapses

this is all correctable

what we cannot make much better is our offense

we are still looking at a good chance at going 3-1 - we are getting better

I'm thinking (hoping) that Atogwe and Haslett will help us with their inside knowledge of these guys. Obviously we need to crush Sam but I think we will.

Not saying it's gonna be an easy road but I think we have better chemistry than what people give us credit for.

I have a reason to hang my head. I have to wear a crapboys jersey tomorrow, because I made a beat with a Cowpatty fan that our boys would win. Tomorrow will be a very dark and void filled day in Yogi Cappsta's life. On another note, it is not the end of the world and I am hoping that we will be able to beat the rams. The game makes me a little nervous though

This team is different. Rising up after a letdown is what good teams do. And we will do just that

I think it will hurt us more than help us. Bradford may just pick us apart. We have awful corners. Hopefully we can get to him early and often.
Bradford is good but lacks weapons. I don't think we have bad corners but hey ...

Wilson covers and tackles pretty well and Hall is a playmaker who also has decent coverage skills 3rd and 21 not withstanding. He is also an underrated tackler in my opinion.

I was worried about this game until I heard many 'Skins say "glad it's a short week, I wanna play tomorrow." It is also a "revenge" game for us.

'Skins by a little.

No reason to hang our heads over the Dullass loss....if you weren't paying any attention to how confused their offense was the entire game. I'm still trying to figure out how the Skins lost to a team whose offense seemingly didn't even know which way was up....

It's called the "Insane Clown Posse Offense" and was originally conceived by Charlie Chaplain, developed by the 3 Stooges and Buddy Hackett, and perfected by Jason Garrett. He was hoping to pick up Bozo the clown to run it, but decided that Romo would do. The concept requires a specific skill set from the quarterback, including a willingness to date complete airheads.

There is, currently, no defense that can stop it.

The loss sucked of course it did!

However there are plenty of positives with our team. Still love the way our defense is playing. I like the positive yardage on offense but we have to start getting in the end zone. I feel the right adjustments will be made.

As far as scoring is concerned. In the D loss. I noticed on offense we didnt take many shots in the end zone. Just think we should open it up just a tad more. This is how I see Grossman. I try to think of a Hall of fame QB who compares most to Grossman. The whole person character wise, physical attributes and style of play. The player who comes to mind is Brett Farve.
So to me if we let Grossman play as if he were Farve we could live with the mistakes so long as we get the TDs to go along with it.
So I just think we should let Grossman go all out. Open up the whole playbook. I think in the Dallas game he was restrained a bit.
Sean Taylor starting free safety Heavens team!

(And did...ask "Buddy" Ryan about the playoff game AFTER the "body-bag game")
