This is Dallas Week.

That says enough. The special week, as designated by Crazy George Allen, as in "crazy like a fox". Time for something special. Hmm. Billy Kilmer, Sonny Jurgensen, Charlie Taylor, Kenny Houston suit up from the coin toss. Charles Mann and Darryl Grant in Redskin coaches gear in the sidelines.

Joe Gibbs walks in alongside Shanahan and Richie Pettibon.

Yes, that sort of special. We chant, "No, Danny, NO!"

... Just think of the highlights plays the Skins will make being replayed on the 160 feet wide and 72 feet tall, high-definition "Jerry-tron" screen which hangs from 20 yard line to 20 yard line ...

If Romo plays, expect a lot of contact. They will be hitting him often, early in the game. The results might be worth the cost of one or two late hit penalties.

I'm sure Mr Romo will be thrilled to hear this.

If Romo plays with a fractured (not just cracked) rib & a punctured lung, he is stupid.

Let's just say that:

1- I agree with yupchagee's premise, and
2- Romo will START the game. I don't expect him to finish.

It was late in the 4th quarter with the Skins trailing 0-13, when my phone rings. On the other end is a Cowpie fan who is a friend of a friend, and he's calling from my friends house where they are watching the game. He starts in to trash talking. About that time, Brunell connects with Santana for the first score, and I immediately hang up the phone. After the game ends, I call back and say: 'Hey man, we got cut off. What was that you were saying?' He will never live it down!

Very, very nice. That's priceless right there.
