These are Mike Shanahan’s Redskins now

I am NOT a Mike Shanahan fan - he's NOT a fan or media or player friendly type - PLUS he has a HUGE ego

He's just what this franchise needed to COMPLETELY change the game planning & player preparation/practicing to properly prepare to play the NFL game

many criticized his player moves - his insistence on CHANGING everything, going to a 3-4 defense without the players to do it, bringing in McNabb & FORCING him to play the way that he & Kyle wanted him to, treating the players with ZERO respect

this guy is driven to succeed - NOBODY will get in his way, not even Kyle



I do NOT like Mike Shanahan - he's just what we (& our idiot owner) needed

This IS Mike's team - and the players have to accept that OR they are gone

Watch the next few games - they should be on a TV near you

You will see players executing & playing DIFFERENTLY - with a DIFFERENT attitude & desire than before

It's a fact that some of these players were starting before Mike came in - they were NOT playing like you will see in the next few games

Mike has changed EVERYTHING here and while he needs more time - ALL of these players (& coaches) have "bought into" THAT

Not only can Shanahan fly, he can also drive the Redskin bus. His way or the highway. He's the toughest coach who ever lived and all the players, who are not respected, have bought into that.
