Many of you posters pointed to Dan Marino who is obviously one of the best QB's of all time as never having won a ring. Let me ask you something was that Marino's fault they never won a ring? OR did their GM and NFL personnel not put enough talent around Marino to win one? I will point out that Dan never had a solid RB. The answer is obvious. Marino gave them every chance to win a ring, it was their football personnel staff that failed them.
