We used to be managed by guys that had no idea of which players to bring in here and certainly had no idea of who to keep - that's why we can now be encouraged by having guys in charge that know how to manage an NFL franchise
past tense as it applies to Snyder/Cerrato is the reason this franchise is in the situation we are in
Allen & Shanahan will get this franchise back to being a consistently competitive franchise again - it will take a little longer but it will happen
these guys are good
