What are you thinking we should get for dropping down 10 picks at the end of the fifth round, a first rounder next year?

Maybe I'm undervaluing a 7th round pick. How big is the drop in talent between the last round and undrafted players?

What I think you're missing is that we ONLY moved down 10 picks. If there's nobody on deck that is a MUST have, you can afford to drop back and get more bodies.

Why grab 1 person you don't really want when you can grab 2 people you might not want. LOL You better your odds of having one of them work out.

I would be on board big time for Lefevour a QB that we can coach up in the next couple years while McNabb holds down the fort.

I'm a bit surprised that Johnathan Dwyer is still on the board. Not that we need him, since we have Larry Johnson...but he was productive in college.

True, that does make sense.

I think it depends on the player. The NFL draft used to be 12 rounds and there were good players drafted 7-12. I am of the mind that the dropoff can be mitigated by a good scouting department.

and, even then, you could still find free agents like Joe Jacoby!

He could be our 3rd TE and possibly future FB. He's a blocking TE.
