The Washington Redskins make more money than any other professional sports franchise in the United States. Their estimated annual revenue is $345 million, according to Forbes.
Good lord.
Good article. It is hard to fathom they could be as mediocre to bad this long and have kept revenue that high.
Hail to the Redskins!

Nah. We don't even have the worst in the NFL, much less all of sports.
I agree. I'd take Snyder over Ford and Bidwell in a New York minute. Anyone arguing for Ford isn't from Michigan and has no idea what it's like with an owner who doesn't want to win because then his players would expect to be paid and anyone who'd argue Snyder is more fan unfriendly then Bidwell knows nothing of what they're talking about. There are a lot of owners out there who won't win and aren't particularly trying, they just want to be competitive. Some not even that, like KC.

No doubt there are worst ownersbut most of them are older ...Bidwell' son is more active now with AZ and does things better than his dad.

It's classic narcissism at it's best with Snyder. He's taken "Greed is Good" to a new level. But is he any different from anyother "filthy" rich yahoo running around?
Rich people like money. And the more they make, the more they want. Most people at that level want "Money, Power, Respect".... Snyder has a knack for making money, no doubt. Because of that, he's earned some power. But I don't think that he has the respect because of the way he's done the first two. You can make a lot of money without going to the lengths that are stated in this article. He inherited one of the most loyal fan base's in pro sports. So doing what he's done so far, he's left money on the table. Easy money at that. JKC earned this fan base's respect with the way he did and didn't do things and it built him a brand that unfortunately is being cashed in on now by Snyder.
And this waiting list that he is boasting about is the waiting list for the lower bowl seats. I get stuff in the mail all of the time trying to sell me club seats. The upper tier seats have butts in them because you supposedly get the opportunity to move down each year.
The one thing that I have learned by just watching people's actions and not necessarily listening to their words is that people like Snyder and other rich folks sometimes are not as smart as they think they are because their ego's get in the way. It's fine to always try to find new and innovative ways to enhance your product but Dan Snyder missed the class on Pro Football 101: How to build a Champion. Had he taken that class years ago, maybe just maybe, he'd get the respect he's looking for and this franchise would have returned to glory...
