And, again, picking against your team in a contest when literally nothing is at stake is pathetic.

Are you going to use the software for picks and accounting or are you going to do the counting the old-fashioned RiC's way?

We bought him 5 specially trained monkeys with thumbs to do the grunt work. There were 6, but one of them started doing some very strange things when he heard Tony Romo's voice on NFLN, so we gave that one to Peter King, for some companionship.

What we learned: monkeys shouldn't have thumbs.

I will be using the software for the picks and accounting but will be manually posting. Right now we cannot get the 2 systems to interact. I will do it as I did during the latter part of last year where picks will be entered in the Hognostications thread in Around the League and I will enter picks and post the results. Hopefully we can integrate the 2 systems. For now, that's the best I can do.

Yup... he calls it the 5 monkey system. Very high tech stuff.

Actually, it's a heck of a lot of work for Hoss... so please thank him for all the effort!

Thanks, Hoss!

Amen.

There is no excuse NOT to support our team EVERY week and expect the best from the Redskins any given Sunday.

By the way ...

A Yellow HOGNOSTITRAITOR has NEVER won the Hognostications.

We will make sure that never happens.

Got it. I want to remind everyone that all final picks are due by 9pm Friday. Also if you need to complete your picks please enter them in a new post. Do not edit a prior post because I will not go back to review every page and those edited picks will not be included.

Thanks.

Now I know that if I somehow I don't get the majority of my picks right then human error is the blame :-)

You would be correct Cap, if you don't get the majority of your picks right then the human error would fall squarely on your shoulders...... :P

while I was incorrect in my prediction for the first game of my defense of the 'crown' I feel a certain amount of vindication in that I felt the better team lost tonight
btw - was I the only one that thought the game was not handled well by the boys in stripes

no worries - we know what we saw, and the Steelers won but anyone who took the points really understood who was the better team

hail

Why does it show edited 2 times?

And luck has nothing to do with it.
