I think Arrington is just expressing his concern and stirring the pot a little. He isn't going anywhere and once he plays for practice for Gibbs he's gonna realize that this is the real deal. He also knows that in today's sports, its win now or else. Gibbs won't have that exact treatment like everyone else, he has the respect that noone could get from Snyder. Snyder has brought back his boyhood Idol in Gibbs and will watch us go back to glory days again. Keep the faith people, lAvar isn't going anywhere and we are only gonna get better from here on out.

if syder messes this up i,m going to the nations capital and let my voice be heard loud and clear.if synder is that stupid to piss joe gibbs off then you have a real big problem. this franchise has lost alot of the once proud stability it used to have with mr, cooke being the owner.
the day i saw the gibbs press conference i said out loud just win baby and get this franchise back on it,s feet again cause someone has screwed this up bigtime.it just makes me more furious the nore i think whats been going on these past 11 years. it,s driving me insane but with joe gibbs back along with synder coming to his senses maybe the light bulb came on. there is two sides to synder. #! a very aggressive ,sometimes too aggressive when it comes to the $amount, not to mention who he goes after..#2 he is willing to show that he wants a winner but having the proper stability in the front office is a big part in it as well and that to me is the biggest part thats been missing over this time since mr. cooke,s passing.so what the cookes have done for this franchise speaks for itself.so synder i guess you are still learning the ropes but with gibbs alongside maybe now you will get somewhere as long as you don,t step on any toes like you have since 99!
i,m the same way at this point i,m freakin happy as heck just to see my man back where he belongs. and sraighten this junk out. a football mind and a buisness mind is what you have now in gibbs again thats the part that has me excited.
sorry for the venting there must be 11 years of fustration coming out in me (like lavar!)
again do what you have to do to make this a better place for all involved. ok i,m getting off my soapbox now.

In my opinion, this is just an example of Lavar being frustrated with (1) being short-changed on his contract, and (2) not yet winning in D.C..
With Gibbs in town, winning is just around the corner. We not go right to the playoffs...but Lavar should certainly see improvement with the team.
He's just blowin' smoke.

Lets not forget the newest crybaby Ty Law. Mr. Iverson proves that idiosy is abundant in all sports. I just wish these guys would shut up because everytime they open their traps something stupid flys out.
Practice man, what are we talking about, practice!! What a brilliant statement from a brilliant mind

exactly, these guys need to STFU and let their play on the field speak for them.i love lavar, but i'm getting sick of him.has anybody seen him on the sports competition show"dreamjob"?he seems like he has the answer and knows everything about sports and the nfl.he sure as hell does'nt know when to shut up,that's for sure.

i think its funny that Lavar when asked his opinion on dream Job...he usally copies whatever the people in front of him said.
"I agree with tony or i agree with Kit"
How about you take 2 minutes to form your own opinion lavar.

Lavar defenitely isn't cut out for that show. Tony is ok in my book but there are times Id like to see Wilbon slap him. Both of those guys are huge supporters of Gibbs and that has helped me tolerate them both. Face it they are journalists that get payed to stir the pot from time to time.
Lavar isn't going anywhere. He's found his "dream job" aboout to come true. (working for Gibbs and Co.)

This Posting is Done. Lavar is going nowhere. We have all stirred the pot about this and we need to move on.

I still think it's bad that Lavar's filing a grievance, talking about retiring, and we all know about him and his problem with the NFLPA about his number being liscensed. It's a lot of bad talk for what should be a good season for us Redskins again.
And I'm with Gibbsfan, if Snyder runs Gibbs out or ruins this team now that Gibbs is in charge I'm marching with him all the way to whatever office Snyder's in, then will drink beer and make short jokes all day.
