The team really took today off and it was very upsetting. They dont have a killer instinct at all. They always talk about how this is such a core group of redskins but I think that just means they are not mean. THey just never took over the game and it was upsetting to watch almost all fascets of the game.
I did like Carlos Rogers and Chris Horton a lot.
Torrence is fast but never ever gets his head around.
Jason Taylor has one sack this year and about 2 qb pressures.
The punting and kicking situation is a complete joke at this point.
Worst net punting in the league and I think we have 3 kicks out of bounds to this point in the season. And Randel El drops two passes a game and never goes forward on his punt returns.

Go Cards!
Are you kidding? The Skins never get any help from any of the other teams.

Losing to the Rams at home has to be the worst case scenario. A contender would have beaten St. Louis by 30, and we just couldn't get it done.
After earning some respect by beating the Cowboys and Eagles we lost to the worst team in the league. We went from potentially being the best team in the NFC to being a laughingstock.
Congrats on getting the guys ready to play Zorn, also, you are an expert at halftime adjustments.
Well, we'll see you next season then. No need to watch the rest of the collapse.

........SKY IS FALLING!!!!!

we believed in our own hype, we paid dearly for it. Helluva homecoming. We'll adjust and get better, that's all there is to it.

and where the heck is Devin Thomas. We threw ANOTHER long fade to Thrash. i know he is a rookie and might not know the playbook that well... but is it that hard to say, "hey kid... run straight 40 yards, jump and grab the ball"??? that is a play for thomas, not thrash

OMG, you are going to get severely flamed by the blindly optumistic. Haven't you learned you can't criticize the Skins in this forum, even when they play horribly?

ENOUGH ABOUT DEFENSIVE PLAYERS.
This game was lost by turnovers....inability to make plays in the passing game, and the worst special teams play I've ever seen.
The defense played great considering that the Rams took all of their snaps from the 40 or better today.

The bus is rocking so much, I'm getting sea sick... fortunately, there are lots of seats opening up, so I have somewhere to move to if I puke.

we had them right where we want them and they couldn't get anything past #22, so they went and targetted the weak point, leigh torrence. It's ok, we hurt, we learn, we remember. Next time we will not play it like this again.

Take your negativity elsewhere then. No need to point out the obvious, right? The rest of us will just have to find out in our own good time. Thanks for your insightful analysis.

The D did their job today. The O and ST did not.

But, trey, this loss drops them to 4-2, that's a hole from which they can never escape

True, that... but, I will have a great seat on the nearly empty bus. Heck, there will even be room for an extra large cup dispenser.

Trey and Fios, your loyalty is commendable, but it is clearly time to bring the bus back into the garage.
