I tell ya, I really think Zorn and Campbell have got something going. This level of play so earlier demonstrates they've developed a solid rapport and could blossom into something very special. I am very impressed with Zorn.

Amen!
Anyone else think if he continues to play this well, he'll get Pro Bowl status?
Pro Bowl? Might be a little early for that proclamtion. I just want to see him starting and on the field each and every week.

Bro... cut Howie some slack. That comment was dripping with sarcasm when he said it. It was also said "The Giants were lucky the got the first week Redskins, and not the ones who played today"... Howie agreed, as did Strahan.
I caught that part, too. I took it as a boudle entendre where he can play it smart either way. I take Howie a smart guy, but I still see the skins as a sidebar to "America's team." After listening to the post game, I saw Strahan giving us our respect, but the rest, "still on the fence." Don't worry, even the opinionated VSF will have a blog tomorrow about our beloved 'Skins after the outright upset we've had. We get SOME respect, but nowheree near the respect we should have after defeating the 'best team' in the league.

Best Game We Have Played!!!!!

HAIL,
I still think the D-;ine is our shortcoming. Our secondary, namely, Sean Springs, was our D player of the game. He completely shout down TO tonite. As for the cramps, I don't ncessarily hold that against him. It doesn't matter how much you prep for the weather, yuo can't help how you respond to it. As someone who lived in TX for 5 years, I can understand the cramping...

Game Balls:
Offense: Jason Campbell (he's not making mistakes)
Defense: Chris Horton (he's everywhere and the pick was just what we needed)
Special Teams: Suisham (4-4 for FGs and totals 14 points)

And shouldn't we give some love to our boy Suishy? 4 for 4 accounted for some big points.

Shawn Springs says he fears he strained his calf. He said he heard something in it pop, but thinks he might be back for next Sunday's game against the Eagles. He'll said he'll see how it responds to treatment this week.

Just a bit of Redskin protocol: every time the Redskins score, whether TD, extra point, FG, or safety, it is polite and expected to sing the immortal Redskins Fight Song, the first fight song in the NFL, written for the team back in the days of Sammy Baugh, and stilled played today by the Washington Redskins Marching Band.
Other teams created marching bands to imitate the Redskins. Other teams let their marching bands die off...replaced them with the same dopey over-amplified jingles you hear at every hockey game or baseball game or other NFL game.
Each year, more Redskin fans find their way to Hogs Net. The smart people who energize this site have a web-based training course to teach Hail to the Redskins...including that middle part that no one ever remembers:
http://www.the-hogs.net/Flash/httr.html
(By the way, it is even considered proper behavior to "sing" Hail to the Redskins line-by-line in Gameday...)
(Somehow, I can't stop laughing whenever the Redskins beat Dallas...and I think that's a good habit!)

Leave it up to J LaC to throw something negative in there. He just feels like he has to always throw a wet blanket on us whenever he gets the chance.

Agree 100%. Unfortunately I still haven't learned those "new" middle verses. I'm still a scalp 'em, swamp 'em we will take 'um, big score. Read 'em, weep 'em touchdown want heap more kind of guy.

I'm incredibly interested in what respect we get now. We've defeated the #1 team, at home. They have to succumb to the fact that we're for real now. I was still baffled last week how NO lost to us but still gained 3 spots in the power rankings. Since we defeated Dallas at home, I'm interested in what transpires this week (Yes, I know I've repeated myself, but it's to stress a point).
I would'nt hold my breath, Chris Berman & Tom Jackson & Trent Dilfer and Chris Mortensen just proved to me that these experts would rather talk about dallas losing than redskins winning, and I'm about to see gameday do the same I've got one question for NFL Network...
WHERES JAIME DUKES? This guy gave us no shot repeatedly. Rich Eisen even refferred to dukes as being "in the tank" for dallas. Props to Rod Woodson for picking us, he was the only one on tv that I saw do that.
WHAT A GREAT VICTORY!

< Still blown away....
This is the best Redskins team I've seen in my entire life. I'm 24 and wasn't really a true follower in the early 90's.
