Focus on other needs and if a good talent WR is available when we our number's called, go for it. We didn't really need two top 10 safeties when we drafted LL, so I'm more supportive of best on the board now.

I favor picking the player who can help the team the most.

I like the "best on the board" view also.

If you have a Reggie Bush or a Calvin Johnson, and your team's need is a DT. You still draft the Reggie Bush or Calvin Johnson. But it all depends on the talent. All I've heard about this year is "there isn't a lot of talent on the board".

That's great isn't it!!!! The first year in a long time the Skins have more than one pick and they say this year is the year without a lot of talent. That sucks.

That's why it's important to keep most (if not all) of your picks every season.

1) You can't evaluate a draft class this early. We'll have to wait a few years. Opinions vary on this year's class & it seems to depend on the position.
2) Reggie Bush hasn't played like a #2 overall pick.
3) Were I drafting for the Skins & had the #1 overall pick, I'd pick Chris Long over Darren McFadden because I think he would help the team more. I don't know which will have the better pro career.

Agreed. Five years later is the peak time to evaluate a draft class.

Personally I'd take Jake Long over both of those guys. Not at all sold on Chris Long.
