Ain't gonna happen. Dallas don't give a rat's a$$ about this game, and even if they did, I'm not so sure they could win it anyway.

I meant, more exactly, a better-played game by the Redskins. Off-hand, I hope the Cowboys roll over, but I'm not expecting that.

I hope the Skins are stronger, that Collins is even sharper, and that Portis and Betts run for 100 yards each. I hope the defense intercepts three or four passes, and squashes the Dallas QB about ten times. Do a Diron on him.

I'd like to see the team complete a TD to Lorenzo Alexander...he was open on the goal on one play.

And more.

People may not remember exactly what you did
or what you said....

~BUT~
they will ALWAYS remember how you made them feel.

Right now...even with all of the injuries, and the loss of ST, we are playing as well as anyone in the NFC, and with a win Sunday, we will be playoff bound. With the slate clean, there is no one in the NFC that we cannot beat.....including the Packers who just got blown out by the Bears.

I said this early in the year....I have a strange feeling that we are going to play the Cowboys 3 times this year. Three more wins and we are in Texas Stadium playing the NFC championship and another trip to the Superbowl.

Amen. . .let's wait and see what this team can do. We have more injuries than we did in 2005, but one thing that I've noticed is that the players we have on the field are healthier this year than they were in 2005. I'm thinking especially of Clinton Portis and Santana Moss, both of whom still look pretty fresh and able to carry us a bit during the playoffs.

In 2005 Portis was banged up and drained, and Moss was the only healthy receiver that we had left (not to mention that Brunell was just about done, too). If we make the playoffs this year—and I want to savor this week, because I believe it will be a sweet victory—I say that we are an even more dangerous #6 seed than we were in 2005. We can beat any team playing in the NFC field.

I really hope that the trend of giving Betts a few more chances continues. We will need him if we are going to have success on Sunday (and, should we win, in the playoffs).
