Because it was a No Play, Childress still had the option of calling for review based on the fact the fumble "didn't happen", which was my original point

Provided isn't not unabated to the QB, offsides is a free play and it doesn't stop the play in progress. It is called after the play is completed and accepted declined by the offense. False start by the O will stop the play before it has the time to complete.

Good morning all, on congrats on the win on Sunday.
The funny part about this thread is that there is little argument about this in Vikings country. Whether or not someone was subbed is really moot, because there was still enough time for Johnson to get his fat ass off the field. It seems that people are more worked up about it here than on our fan forums.

NFL network has the head of officals going over the play and said it was correct call.

We did not substitute on the play, which would mean that we do not have to allow the Vikes to sub. The call was correct.
Did they mention the terrible replay call in the endzone?
