Bent out of shape? For asking you to 'please take the time to read it.'
I would suggest to you that you obviously have no idea what me getting bent out of shape looks like.
If you're going to say 'i thought Boss Hog said this' and I didn't say it, then I'm going to ask you to 'please take the time to read what I said,' and correct the misconception.
Like I did.
Try relaxing a little bit.
And this is a good forum.. you don't have to 'assume' anything, nor have it 'implied'... you can just ASK and get an answer if you don't know.
Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.
Since Gibbs is the GM, does he have to add up the salary cap ramifications for each contract?
If so I really hope we have some kind of accountant or I would even prefer if Daniel Snyder would do the numbers. I would rather see Gibbs just evaluate the talent and the contracts be handled by a more qualified M.B.A type guy.
We just seem to be paying out money to players who are already gone or are sitting on the bench. Yikes!
Also what happens to STs contract. Does his family get paid out the rest of his contract? I hope so.
The Redskins have an attorney on staff, a cap expert attorney who does the accounting. And, yes, Sean Taylor counts roughly $2.5 Million against the salary cap unless Dan Snyder tries to recoup some of his signing bonus due to a non-football related injury. Somehow, I just don't see Snyder doing that.
