I don't think Prioleau is the right person for run support either, so in essence you would have two free safeties roaming the field and linebackers trying to cover the hole vacated by the missing strong safety.
Of course, the entire defense appears to have vacated the field recently so it may not make any difference.

We barely beat the bumazz jets, lost to the bumazz eagles and some people actually think we'll put a azz whippin on the cowpunks? I mean, really?? with the way they've been playin?? Nope, not gonna happen. This is the way it'll play out..
1.) Barber might break a friggin record runnin on us
2.) T-O won't be scared to come across that middle with Sean T. out
3.) They will run up the score
4.) Even if we get a lead, we'll blow it.. *thanks coach*
So, with those (few things) being said, it'll take a miracle to beat these guys right now. If we were playing with 100% healthy players, yes, we'd beat these b****** but we don't play in the "what ifs". Before anyone jumps on me and questions my loyalty, I'm the same guy who actually does start fights with local cowpunk fans in my area because they have no loyalty to their city. I hate really hate dallas, to the point where if our "great" president were to nuke the damn city, I'd be happy.

Don't sweat it, we're going to score 35 and lay a nasty hatting on them.

Win at all costs. Injure the enemy if we have to. Then we sell the pies to the Cow Manewer company.

You're right on the first part, but not on the second - Landry has speed, unlike Arch (compared to other DBs). Arch was white!

I just can't get over sunday's loss, so far it's been a horrible week bc of that game the redskins threw away.
I've been trying to stay positive in beating Dallas, i jusn't see how that's going to happen,

Thats the beauty: couldn't see how to win that Monday night game in 2005, down by 13 with 4 minutes to play; couldn't see how to win last year with Cowgirls lining up for game-winning FG with seconds to play. Now all you have to say to a Cowgirl fan to make them cry is "untimed down."

Yea Kazak, but back then our OLine and Defense was healthier, not to mention this cowpunk team is better than that one so we have quite a hill to climb, still though I hope we can do it again!!!
GO SKINS !!! SCALP DA COWPUNKS !!!

It will happen, I guarantee a win. I predict 35-21. JC's going to unload on them, they won't know what hit them.

At least you are optimistic, seams like the only one around here.
Not realistic though.
With Dallas getting both Henry and Newman back, the duo of Ware/Ellis running at full strength, and the current health of the skin o-line it doesn't seems realistic at all. One thing this series has shown though, flukes do happen quite often.

Does TRO detect an excuse in the making???
Sounds like Puke fans are getting ready with excuses to explain why the Skins will spank that Cowpuke butt on Sunday.

It's a twofer. An excuse in the making and at the same time he's setting up that when we kick their sorry cans that it was a fluke. They're going to be crushed under the pounding of the re-formed line and a healthy Portis and then JC's going to scorch them.

Reformed line? More like a patchwork line. As for Portis, he looking pretty tame after holding ADP for lowest total yards of the season for a full game.

Fans and enemies are going to LEARN a lot about the Skins and their rest of the season -this- week. Mark my words: this can become a "turn around" game. But the odds are definitely against us. Their OL (probably one of the best in the NFL) is better than our DL.
GW will have to be creative.

I think it is safe to say that only a deluded few might believe the Redskins have a chance to win this game.
Call me one of the few deluded ones!
Am I expecting a win? NO. Do I believe the Redskins can muster an upset? Yes. It depends on which Redskin team shows up in Dallas.
Keep in mind that one of the bright spots in Gibbs II is our improvement in playing the Cowpies. Over the past 2 years we are 3-1 against them.
And they are due for a little come-uppins IMHO. They may be taking this game lightly, thinking that with our injuries, this will be a cake walk.
Now what needs to happen is that GW needs to call the game of his life. We need an outstanding defensive effort.
On the offense, we need to control the ball, and score TD's...not FG's
Campbell showed last week that he can move this team, and throw TD's. Moss will ply, and we are also likely to see Caldwell make an impact...further questioning earlier personel decisions in keeping him inactive. I doubt we'll see much of Farris. So it will be Moss, ARE, McCardell, and Caldwell. That's not a bad line up.
Portis needs a big game also. BUT IT IS DOABLE!!!!

grampi wrote:This will be another game like the NE game not to watch. You already know this embarrassment of a Redskins team is going to get blown out, not just because Dallas is a much better team, but because it's a divisional game.
Well yeah. I agree 100%. Dallas is just too good and we're not. Especially now that Carlos Rogers AND SEAN TAYLOR are both out, well, that's not going to help an already LEAKY DEFENCE. Now I don't think anyone HATES AND DESPISES Dallas more than me and I wish we had a defensive front that would absolutely POUND Tony Romo into the turf on every down tomorrow, but I have to admit, Bill Parcells put together a great team with a lot of talent over the last few years and Wade Phillips is reaping the rewards. However, I hope that Romo throws at least 5 picks tomorrow, to help kind of keep it close. I think the Redskins will be lucky to finish off the season at 500. Dallas wins this game HANDS DOWN. Better luck next year, ladies and gentlemen.

Have a little faith!!!
I question many of the moves this team has made since Gibbs return. Right now though, if not for the ton of injuries, and a couple better calls here and there, this team could be easily 7-2.
Would that make them a great team? No. Would that allow them to compete with NE. No. But I think we can compete with the Cowboys (the best in the NFC right now).
Green Bay is 8-1 right? We gave them all they could handle and should have been a win for us. So this team can compete.
It's just a matter of which team shows up tomorrow. Will it be an aggressive, attacking defense or will it be the team that lines up safeties 40 yards down field, with corners playing 10 yards offf the line?
Will Moss make two TD catches, or drop them? Will Campbell hit the open man in stride, or overthrow him.
I won't be surprised if the Cowpukes blow us out...but neither will I be surprised if we find a way to win.

Dallas won't score more than 17 on the Skins in the entire game. Our 19 should trump that!!!

Right, what have you been smoking? Dallas will score at least 30. The Skins don't stand a chance in this game. Even if they're able to pull off some kind of miracle and keep it close in the first half, you know how they always fold in the second half and Dallas will just run away with it. Be prepared, it's gonna be ugly!

I guess we all prepare our minds psychologically for the next game in different ways. But such doom and gloom! Lordy, we're still 5-4 going into this game, having thrown away three games at least, and playing mediocre football at best for long periods.
We could play mediocre football tonight, which won't be good enough. We could play awful football tonight, which will result in a severe stuffing. Or we may, just may, play one hell of a football game, with every player realising that meek surrender against the Dallas Cowboys just isn't acceptable for any Redskins team. That may just be enough to beat a Cowboys team that is surely overrated (well, let's face it - they're overrated every single year).
Losing Taylor doesn't help. Losing Lloyd makes no difference. We may have Washington back though, and Portis is in the groove. Moss may play, and regardless of how fit he is, will force the Cowboys to account for him (Roy Williams' head will be swivelling round and round trying to keep track of him, that's for sure). If JC is let off the leash again, we might see something amazing.
