Lets see....
Offensive line is in big trouble. Wade was awful before he got hurt. Heyer was equally as bad. Who knows what happens now with all of these injuries. Plus Rabach was hurt.
Clock management. If this is the best that Gibbs can do then he needs to hang up the headphones and join the front office. The wasted timeouts and the play calling in the second half was terrible.
The wide receivers are just not very good right now. Way too many drops. The fumble by Moss basically lost us that game. Moss also dropped a deep pass that would've set us up for points. Lloyd had a chance to make a play on a deep ball but couldn't get it done. ARE had drops.
Where was
ey in the second half? He had a huge game in the first and then he dissapeared in the second half.
Defense was aweseome. They did all they could do to keep us in the game. Rogers had a few problems (pass int and a bad tackle on the long gain) but also made some nice plays. Landry doesn't seem to be doing very much, but overall the D was awesome.
Looks like last year's Frost made an appearance in today's game. His punting was pretty terrible at time.

Portis needs to go. He is not reliable when the pressure is on. Moss needs to go, he is no good and always hurt.

By the way, cleg, this is what I would consider to be a good bit of analysis. Mursilis could have even been harsher, because frankly that performance kind of deserves it, but at least he has something to say other than a knee-jerk overreaction.

That is infuriating. I understand that this offense isn't NOT consistent. I understand the Joe Gibbs CANNOT manage the clock. I understand that Gibbs loves to waste timeouts and not save them for the end of the game.
But dont give points away.

No offense, but when I come on here I see a lot of people venting and very few people making good points. Just a lot of garbage being thrown around because it makes people feel better.
I'm all for analysis, even if it says that we stunk today – but there are
reasons for it beyond "plain and simple we suck" or "it was all X player's fault."
Leave the objective analysis for Monday. That was one fo the worst games I have seen in a long time. I can't even make my mind think rationally about anything right now.
But I've learned not to hold my breath hoping for better. That said: Vent away. . .

Wade was awful before he got hurt.
It appeared to me that Wade was hurt several plays before he came out... that is why he was being handled by the DE.

I still say we are better than GB... Farve only had 188 yds passing and their top runner had only 37 yds... like Howie Long said, "The Redskins should have one this gaeme" and we should have. I think that right now we are top 3 teams in the NFC and top 10 in NFL!

Gibbs has been back 4 YEARS now, and this is still happening?!?!

Don't remember too many drops by ARE. As for Lloyd, he's barely seeing the field, and the one deep ball to him was a little long, so it wasn't an easy catch to begin with. Moss needs to be benched though. McCardell looked good.

Overall, D was good, so at least there's that.

It was a rough day for o-linemen. When was the last time in Redskins history that one unit was hurt this badly? Even last year's secondary took less punishment than this.

and real quick the play calling is what killed us again. after Moss' 3rd drop he should have been taken out. We will stomp ARI BELIEVE IT!

You know, I would have an easier time accepting a class A beatdown from a team, than what I saw today. The Skins gave this game away on offense & the that is from Top to bottom. WRs terrible, RBs terrible, O-line Terrible, Offenseive (that is such an appropriate name) Coaching terrible. Defense Great game....sorry you guys have to share the field with thre dog turd that is our offense

I've never hatted you more than I do now, Fios.
Although I'm not as angry/frustrated as I was after the Giants game. It's a tough thing to go into Lambeau and beat the Packers. I was thinking we'd win, but wasn't sure.
But a 17-3 halftime lead at home against a struggling team? Now
that was a bad loss.

ARE dropped a sure first down. Was on a crossing pattern and he let the ball play him and it bounced off his chest. The Lloyd play was not an easy catch but when a receiver can get both hands on the ball he needs to make the catch. McCardell did well but right now we have some serious problems at receiver. With the way that Moss is playing we don't have a real #1 and ARE tends to disappear in games. I think that a game like today is where it really hurts us not having a big, physical possession-type receiver. I think that this, along with the offensive line, needs to be addressed in the next draft.

This is beginning to look like 2005 again, and not in a good way. We started out 3-1 that year too, but then had a 2-5 skid, leading to the "5-in-a-row-or-we-don't-go" run to the playoffs. We better not be looking at another mid-season collapse again.
