Gibbs on his radio show today said that Lloyd is the #4 receiver now. He has to be the most expensive #4 in the history of the NFL.

I say that there is no way to positively know that someone will gel with their environment. BLloyd is a prime example. He may go somewhere and do wonderful things, but I honestly believe that it won't be here. We need to cut our losses (and BLloyd) and move on. He's young enough to still succeed somewhere, let him.

The team should just buy him a plasma TV and make him inactive for the rest of the season. That way, he can focus on his rap and journalism career, and still watch the team play on Sundays.

Yeah, not even close. I at least attempted to spell the word. Don't you have better things to do then to run around hijacking threads? I was pretty sure that part of 'your' religion preached that one should not be judgmental and one should not place oneself above others but all of your posts tend to do both on a regular basis lately.

I was just joking with Hard Dawg. I don't agree with the harsh criticism most are posting here but I don't like picking apart anyone that is a Redskin that way.

Play nice, kids... or move it to smack.

Attack the post, not the poster.

Thanks.

Not me, I'm for judging people and looking down on them. Insulting the poor too. What fun is being educated and well off if you can't look down your nose at people! Shudder, what a thought, it wouldn't mean anything then!

Just a thought, carry on.

Stunningly remarkable how you attributed the above quote to me. You should be advised the above quote was originally written by NikiH. It helps to know whose point one is attacking. A valid point was made in the quote, however, the quote was not mine.

You messed up the quote function, go back and look at the post, it looks as though the quote was yours

Lloyd deserves a shot. He should at least be thrown to about five times.
Randle El has the number 2 spot and is a good one, only gripe I have with Randle El is he cant break a tackle to save his life.

I am hoping Lloyd can become our possesion reciever. I know he can break tackles when he catches the ball. Problem is Campbell never throws him the ball. I would like to see Lloyd going through the middle for some tough catches it might prove to Campbell and the Staff that he is valuable to this team. I am hoping for a breakout game from him. Even so I like him as a human being anyhow. Give Lloyd a chance!!

Just so there is no more confusion....

Nuff is short for Enough.

P.S. We are supposed to be critical of our team and provide both positive and negative feedback. Just in case your wondering.....thats called being a FAN!

Til we meet again!

Oops UNTIL we meet again!

For Brandon's sake, let's hope that means Reche Cladwell hasn't looked good, and HE's the one being bumped by Keenan.

Where'd you hear this?

Oh, okay. So the "Clad-well" fellow I spoke about is safe as well?

Brandon needs to step up NOW, if he intends to ever get outta the dog house.

Hasn't he always been the 5th WR in 4 receiver sets?

I think you are correct. Chris Cooley is usually the 4th wide receiver.

UPDATE (4:11 p.m.): A team source said today that McCardell has not signed -- contrary to a radio report -- but is scheduled to be at Redskin Park next week for a work out.

Clinton Portis wrote:"When Brandon Lloyd want to be a dominant player, he can do that," Portis said. "It's just getting the coaches to buy into that and him proving it that he gonna do it on a consistent play after play, that he gonna do whatever they ask of him. And the sooner he can get on the field, the better we'll be."
