Randle El tackle

Did anybody else see that tackle by Randle El on that nice JC run? Just as JC jumped over him, he stood up. He still had a couple of yds on those defenders, and if he wasn't taken down by ARE, he may have gotten that one into the endzone. He was only stopped a few yds away.

Portis got the score; I'm happy.

I am sitting in the car in the parking lot at the linc and we are still not getting any respect. They are talking about the skins being an lousy team. When are they going to get it? They are done.

The ESPN pukes just keep talking about the Eagles like this is an aberration. Its not the Skins winning, but the Eagles losing. Screw them. WE WON, BIG TIME!!!!!

This was a game that should have highlights of the hits Redskin players put on Eagle players. Ther must have been 5 or 6 great hits that separated the Eagle receiver from the ball. Even Portis made a great hit. I can't say Landry's was the best but it came at just the right time.
YeeeeeeHaaaaaa!!!!!
2 - 0, not bad for a team that th "experts" have had nothing good to say about.
Refresh my memory...wasn't 20 - 12 one of the predictions on thre
www.philly site? Only I don't think Washington was predicted to have the 20.
YeeeeeHaaaa!!!!

Was interesting to see how the carries were distributed this week compared to the Dolphins game. CP and Betts split evenly last week but this week it was 17 for CP and only 6 for Betts. I think this is much more indicative of what the distribution is going to be like the rest of the season.

All in all we won tuff game in an inhospitable stadium on their opening night on Monday night. There is definitely something to be said about that! All in all I think we are making steady progress on both sides of the ball tonight. Yes, we still have lots of improvement to make on both side of the ball but if we can keep making this type of progress, week in and week out, we'll be in good shape come the end of the season.
Watch out Dallas!

You might be right, but the best thing is that Betts is a dangerous weapon every team we meet has to prepare for.

IMO this was our toughest matchup until we're at foxborough. campbell showed marked improvement this week and that should continue. the whole team's showed resiliency in both matches.
we may very well be 6-0 when we meet new england.

Did no one see CP's hit on that interception, put that guy on defense, he leveled him, too bad it was an interception, but damn, he looks like he's been hanging with taylor.
