I'm definitely all four some harsher punishments for those who are losing their minds. Everyone slips up and makes a mistake. NFL players aren't perfect and expecting them to be is setting yourself up for disappointment.

I think a wake up call to remind them that what they have is a privilege and not a right will really help.

I am in total 100% agreement with you Chris. 1 year Suspension with out pay should be the perfect wakeup call for both of these "Gentlemen".
