I want San Diego to win the Super Bowl, and here's why: I am a NC State fan and Phillip Rivers went to NC State.

I guess I am going for NO since San Diego felt the wrath of Tom Brady.

I'll go with the Saints. But I'd be happy to see anybody other than the Patriots win it this time. I'm not a Patriots hater, but I'd like to see somebody else win it this time round. And I don't want them to have more SB's than the Redskins.

My sentiments almost exactly save that I am a Patriots hater

Could this be the year the Patriots get their revenge for that drubbing by the Bears back in Superbowl 20?
I'd prefer the Saints against the Colts though - that could be a real shootout.

I am not in the Peyton Manning bashing group, I think he's an amazing QB who has been asked to bear far too much of the burden, a la Dan Marino ... save that Manning actually had a decent RB.
I would love to see the Colts knock off the Patriots.

GO PATS!!!!!
cant escape the crazyness here in new england..
i love the pats, brady and belli-check
man do i hate payton manning and all his stupid tv commercials.. im sick of seeing his face. brady wins three superbowls and i havent seen more than one terrible car ad. manning hasnt won one and is the face of a thousand products...
payton is the professional choke artist as well...
wont mind if the saints win though...
every year i pray for a pats skins superbowl... a battle between two of the best modern coaches.

Woke up to about 3 inches of snow here. If it is the same in downtown Chicago I wonder if that will negate Bush and McAllister a bit? Forcing Brees to pass non-stop may work well for Da Bears.

I have to go with Manning and the Colts. I want to see him get the monkey off of his back.

At the beginning of the playoffs I simply didn't want Philly, Dallas, New York, or the Ravens to win.
When those wishes were granted, I got a bit pickier and hoped that New England wouldn't win.
Now I don't know what to say. This is the first Superbowl in years where it really doesn't matter to me who wins. I guess I'm just going to hope for a good, defensive, watchable game.
It would be nice to see Dungy win one, though. I've always liked him a lot.

I'm with you, Irn-Bru. I can watch this SB without a care in the world - I'm just hoping for a great game. But we'll have two teams for whom this is something new, and it could easily turn into an error strewn game. Even that could be fun though
One thing's for sure - the rise of the Saints and the Bears this year must give even us Redskins fans hope of a quick turnaround next year.

there is no way i can pull for the bears because of that jackass former coach,MIKE DITKIA.(he's also a former dallas coach and player.)
